    Gun defective- nerf bullets won't shoot.
    Gun doesn't work - it won't load the nerf bullets to shoot. We thought it was a battery problem. We put in new batteries but it wouldn't shoot, so we tried another new set of batteries. The problem was not the batteries because the charge in the batteries was good; the gun itself was defective. I wish I had looked at the YouTube videos and Amazon review on this gun before I bought it for my grandson's Christmas present. Other people had the same problem as I did. No wonder it was on sale for such a low price. I do not recommend this nerf gun to anyone!

    Disappointed in Hasbro Packaging
    Was giving as a gift and the item was packaged in a brown box. Looks cheap and not official. Also box was open when delivered. How am I to gift the item?
