Birthday present for my 12 year old grandson. He's very particular and had researched what he wanted He was very excited when he opened the package and loves his choice. No negatives!

Came with a damaged and opened box.
The box came with damaged and opened. It is really in a terrible condition. A lot of tapes overlapped upon the original one. Why Walmart sent such an used item to customers? I need to buy a new item rather than an used one!

    Gun had to be recycled!
    This gun got jammed after a few months of use. Unfortunately, even after removing the ammo that was stuck in the mechanism, more rounds got stuck repeatedly in the system. I was not pleased at this, and eventually had to recycle the gun through the Hasbro's Recycling program. This was quite the disappointment, and my gun may have just been a lemon, because plenty of other nerfers did not have as dramatic of an issue as I did.

    It was a gift for our grandson's birthday. He loves it as it has more power than his other Nerf guns and really likes the safety lever or switch. That is a real plus..

    Awesome gun satisfactory
    Awesome gun 10/10 no problems very satisfying bolt handle. Comes with 10 rival rounds, the gun a target, and a detachable adjustable bipod with 5 elevation settings, whilst the red noth at the stock can be used as a sort of elevation equalizing gadget of some sort has 5 settings. Loads near the end of the barrel. Very comfortable and satisfactory trigger pull. Gun has a safety and fire switch. Dejamming lever incase of jams (deprimes the bolt) *does not have a bolt on the left side* rear and front sight which the front sight folds down. The stock is also kind of silicone like with a touch of a rubbery feeling (Dont recommend for kids ages 12 and under though.

    Fun but some problems
    When I got the nerf gun, it was exactly as described, new condition, excellent packaging, etc. the assembly for the target was quite easy and simple, but once I started firing, I saw some slight issues. first, and most important, the priming bolt is very hard to pull back and forward, so anyone under 12 might not enjoy using this gun. the second problem is that when you put the rounds in, if you push it in carelessly, there is a tendency to clog, and when you go to fire, it shotguns 2 balls out at once, and they just drip out. This means that firing and loading have to be done with extreme precision and care. overall, I enjoyed this gun, but returned it for a different one that fits the qualities that I find necessary in a nerf sniper.

    Excellent Rival Sniper Blaster
    Amazing blaster!!! Great length to hold, good balance in weight. The stock has a smoother plastic material which makes it more comfortable when placing your face on when you're aiming. This blaster is intended for 14 in age so priming would be a bit difficult for younger kids. Shoots excellent

    My son love it!
    Awesome gun. Would buy again. My only issue was it got jammed and I had to unscrew the whole thing and use a knife to cut the ball in pieces (while still jammed) because the window wouldn't open to release the ball.

    Great Buy! Not the Most accurate NERF gun ever, but fun to shoot. I did not have any jams or malfunctions with this gun. The target is a blast to shoot at too! Overall, it is a great product and would definitely recommend it.
