Be more specific let the customer know more info.
When I opened the package was so disappointed was squish and to to small for a lil kid and was not comfy I was going to give it to my daughter that’s 5 yrs old and she says “Mommy No it’s not comfy I don’t want it return it “

    A good buy
    This was shipped and vacuum packaged. Give it a few days to plump up and air out. It is REAL BIG! I'll lay all over it while working from home. A bit pricey but a good buy.

    I wasn't aware that this pillow came vacuum sealed, and was originally really disappointed when it came and I unwrapped it. It did take a good three days to fully return to the shape I was expecting, however now that I've used it for a couple weeks that was totally worth it. The fabric is soft, it's not too lumpy or really soft memory foam that you sink into, however it isn't hard like a rock. I can sit in it comfortably, even leaning more to the side or laying down a bit rather than sitting straight up, and it has kept its shape well. I really like that the pillow on the back attaches with buttons as I sometimes use it, and sometimes would prefer not to. I haven't really had a need for the extra round pillow it comes with, but that "inflated" very nicely as well. I wish I would have sprung and gotten a pillow like this sooner, I currently don't have a desk to do my schoolwork at and just used to sit on my bed propped up by a bunch of pillows, causing some back or neck pain. I have had zero neck and back pain using this.

    firm TV bed pillow.
    Well so far the wife loves it! It seems to be made well; I will tell you it takes about 3 days for the item to fully open up due to the air being vacuumed out for shipping.

    DON'T BUY!
    This pillow is NOT what it seems. It comes vacuumed packed and is flat as a pancake. It is "suppose" to become this flat puffy pillow within 2 days. It is now a week and it still limp. Will definitely be sending it back.

    not what I had hoped for at all! it's supposed to be Memory Foam which most memory foam is soft and comfortable. this came hard as a rock. I'm going to try it for a few days but I will probably be returning it. the price definitely does not fit the quality whatsoever. way too expensive for what I got - a flat not cozy whatsoeverike advertised so called reading pillow. The only things that match the advertised description is that it does have pockets and a handle.

    Hard as a rock and for tiny people
    Not worth $35, maybe 25, because it's made well and has those pockets I rarely use. But don't advertise this for adults! I'm only 5'4"/103 lbs, and this feels too small for me. There is no head support whatsoever, so your neck gets tired quickly... totally defeats the purpose of having this. It's made with foam that hardens during cold weather, so this has not been very comfortable for me at all - and it's only in the 60s-70s in Florida! It comes vacuum sealed, so returning it should be a blast!
