Phone unable to use
I purchased this phone for my elderly mother, she is 83 yrs old. She was not able to use the phone because they don't have Verizon in her area so now it's a paper weight. I also ordered a $20 net10 card that is worthless because of this.

    WATCH OUT THIS IS NOT A "CLASSIC FLIP" that designation is for the lg company version of a flip phone and is way better than an alcatel "my flip". i have owned both. the lg is the winner by far......

    Phone will come with a verizon sim card. If you do not receive verizon in your area you may purchase a net 10 sim kit and change to ATT or T-moble, as all three sims are in the kit.

    customers be aware!
    this is not a LG phone. i didn't open it so i don't know how this company is but false advertising. i was looking for a LG flip phone and was excited to find this so i ordered it but it is not LG at all. I will be returning it. On a second note, customer service is great and they are compensating me for this.

    alcatel my rlip 2
    my boyfriend has one.the answer flip closed settings got to go.i had trouble hearing uim today.not a very good idea.soons he can get out here to see me.im grabbing his phone.lookingvit up.disbleing it.if i cant here my man on his phone in my end..then that settings got to go.i have an android.thankfully i dont have that problem
