my e5 phone
Bought this phone a few weeks ago. Once I got it activated and my minutes and such. It fires right up. My wife has the e7. Nice phone. Going through the setup was a little tedious. Paired it up with the car. Made some calls. Need to put in the contacts. Short list. Going to keep as a "Ring, ring-----Hello" type phone. Use it mostly and "Where are you in Walmart" phone. It's just a fancy phone the shows up in my new car. Carried a BEEPER for 20+ years, that was bad enough

Defective phone
I purchased the moto E5 hats is supposed to be brand new but when charged it up the backside of the phone got really hot to the point were i had to disconnect it from the charger. Im guessing it was a refurbished phone that didn't get completly fixed.

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/01/2021Extremely Dissatisfied w/Net10 Customer ServiceIT'S NOT THE CELLPHONE THAT I'M DISAPPOINTED WITH, BUT IT'S THE NET10 COMPANY'S RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT I'M DISSATISFIED WITH. I disliked that Net10 couldn't help me when I've been a extremely loyal customer for many years and for that I'm very much dissatisfied with them.LOVE2001

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/13/2021My second e5This is the second e5 that I bought. I dropped my first one at a fairly high distance and cracked the screen. Used it for three years with a cracked screen until it wouldn't work reliably. I love the long battery life of this phone. I only charge it once or twice a week. Besides the long battery life I think everything else about this phone perfectly suits my needs.chessdave

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/28/2020Very Good features. My second Moto E5. Has better specs than some 2020 phones. Fingerprint scanner, apps can be move to sd with adopting storage and clean stock Android. Only 8.0.But understand with it being over 2 years old Motorola did not give it 9.0 update. Still no complaints. A very good budget phoneCharles54

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/30/2020New SmartphoneAlthough it's larger and heavier than I would like, it's a very nice phone. I had to buy data twice to get it set up, tho'. Once I got it set up the first time, it started updating the apps, locked up and used up all my data so I had to buy more. I don't use my cell phone a lot and I don't like that I have to unlock it every time I do want to use it. Minor annoyance.Empress C U

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/18/2020tracfoneI am not tech savvy. Unable to transfer data from old phone to new. Google adds pop up all the time destroying what I am doing. Even after I have down loaded their stuff it still comes up. If not for that I feel I can get used to the phone. Other wise I think Google is a downfall for tracfone.bobe

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/18/2020Superb UpgradeReceived my brand new Moto e5 about a week ago. Finally got around to finishing the set-up over the last three days; I pretty much figured out most of the setup/features/functions without even referring to the manual! Pretty straightforward if you're familiar with Android smartphone platform. The only reason why I did'nt check 5 stars is on the pulldown screen, there is always a message - Motorola Update Services: Security Update Available After three downloads & installs, I realized they were All the same update, and this message does not go away! (Slightly Distracting) Maybe the machine will "understand" one day that it is repeating the same old message. Other than that flukey thing, it's a sleek device that has all that Google offers and then some; How 'bout 4 1/2 stars?Markster45
