Just say no
Only had 3weeks when charger port tore up. I have thrown away box. So keeping fingers crossed I can get refund.

    You need the gadget tool
    This phone is more than likely a 5star for someone who likes the idea that the sim card is accessible by a gadget tool. I personally prefer a phone that you can take the entire back off.
