    I was really frustrated with my internet service when I realized it was my cable modem that was out of date. Bought this on HSN and installed it myself no problem. Surprisingly everything is better. Desktop laptop iPad cell phone everything runs smoothly with better reception. I didn't realize how many devices we had. Everyone is much happier when the service is working like it should. Best thing I bought in a long time!

    Nice upgrade
    Purchased this to replace an older version we'd had for several years. We had some difficulty entering the key on our screen because our remote didn't have any color keys. It would be helpful to have a keyboard on the screen rather than a number pad. Other than that it's been working as expected and all of our devices are connected.

    Terrible!
    After battling with our cable internet connection and this modem/router for the past 6 months, we decided to buy a better one through Best Buy. We did not realize that this was not returnable to Walmart, and was refundable for only 30 days after purchase through a 3rd party. Do not waste your money!!!

    A good product at a good price
    The modem/router is working good. The Nighthawk app made it easy to setup but has numerous shortcomings. I ended up logging into the IP address (192.168.0.1) to fine tune the setup

    Range not all that good
    I got this to upgrade my older router/modem but mainly because we moved the PC and printer to the FROG room and couldn't move the cable modem due to where the cable comes into the house so I wanted something with a more powerful, extended range/house coverage. this claims to cover 1500 sq. ft. Our FROG room is up stairs and down the hall and I get "one bar" signal strength and sometimes two. Downstairs I get 35 download speeds, FROG room 4 mbps download and since the printer is WIFI, I get a long delay before printing. Therefore, not pleased with the coverage. Otherwise, easy setup and good usage in close rooms.

    Weak Signal
    I was really excited to return my Comcast rental after purchasing this but the signal is too weak to reach the bedroom less than 15 feet away. Even my laptop buffers within 6 feet of the modem. Disappointed and will continue to look.

    Great price for great performance
    This was a great option to start off in my apartment at a lower internet speed while still leaving room to get a fantastic upgrade in speed if I wanted to! It was incredibly easy to setup, the admin options are useful, and the app is a great tool to have.

    I paid around $100 for this product and when i opened the box it said it was on clearance for $32 but I still paid $100. I did not go back to store for return because I needed it since it was already delivered a day late.

    Great router
    Was really easy to set up, including modem activation with Spectrum. I guess after like 10-15 minutes I was up and running. Nice WiFi coverage too.
