Chains falls out of place and catches.
It came out of the box with a BUNCH of scratches which is bizarre because the box was not dented or anything. And the chain catches on the front derailleur AND on the back derailleur. So after our bike ride today we lubed the chain like crazy, fingers crossed our ride tomorrow morning goes a bit easier. We do love the colors and how sporty it looks for a girl bike. Also the handle on the back of the seat is genius for a toddler bike! We already enjoy the basket and the rack on the back

    Horrible instructions nice bike
    Came a little scratched but not to bad and not really noticeable. The problem I had was the instructions. They sucked. The pictures were horrible and there wasn't a good enough details on how to put it together. I had to actually look at the picture online to figure it out!! the brakes??? Yeah that was trial and error to figure it out. Again need better instructions for the bike. The bike itself it's good though.

    Horrible don't do it
    If I could give it no stars I would. Box came half opened. Screws were all opened I'm pretty sure I lost some out of the open box and holes in box but wouldn't know because I couldn't even get it to get with the poor instructions and missing things. Also can't even get handle bars to stay in place because of crappy bike and the seat moves like crazy. We can't get screws to tighten any more for fear of them splitting the metal. This is the worst bike ever. Just don't! Spend the extra $20 on a better nicer bike

    Will never buy a bike online again.
    Still trying to figure out the coaster brake part of the description. All we have figured out are the hand brake, which really makes no sense with training wheels and learning to ride a bike. Came in scratched, put air in the tire and it popped before even reaching recommended air pressure. Since was purchased as a Christmas gift, we really had no choice but to give it and maybe look for a different one (in person) after Christmas. Really should have read the reviews!

    this bike came in full of dings, stickers peeling, uneven, screws won't tighten and the front break is broken. before tou judge my husband put it together and is one of those extremely handy men. also the bike has a free style peddle so this may make it more difficult for kids that are use to a back break. it is extremely cute though so I'm sad the quality wasn't up to par.

    My main issue with this bike is that it has no coaster brake. It is a poor design to have cheap grade hand brakes only for children who are still riding with training wheels. If they have a problem with the handbrakes, they have no other options to help them safely stop. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of material as well. Some of the metal was rusty, and the handlebars would barely insert into the stem. The seat would not tighten.

    Scratched and sharp pieces
    Not real happy about this at all. The brand new bike I ordered came with multiple scratches. It also came missing a valve stem cap and a bolt. There were also 2 super sharp spikes sticking out where it was welded.

    Do not buy this!
    Looks nice, but it was flimsy and poorly manufactured with very weak parts. The pedals have already broken. The rear bearings don't have an external cap so the ball bearings are exposed and already starting to seize. There's a reason these bikes are on clearance. I do not reccomend these bikes.
