Novilla bliss 12 in !! Buy !!
We absolutely love this bed !!!! Firm yet also very soft. It took about a week for the corners to fully pop all the way up so don't get discouraged if it's not complete after the 48-72 hours. We haven't had any back problems and have been sleeping like babies since

Just over a year, my side has a big separation
At first we liked it. a few short months in, I noticed my side getting loos on the padding because I turn a lot at night. Now about 18 months after we got it, theres a hole in the padding, causing the springs to poke me when I sleep. And my husband has resorted to sleeping on the floor because its no longer comfortable for him on his side. Its just not very well made, but I guess you have to expect thst for the price.

    Soooo Happy
    I love my mattress!!! I have Psoriatic Arthritis, a form of Rheumatoid Arthritis, and i was really suffering on my old mattress. Did a lot of research then decided to purchase this on. Im very pleased with my purchase. While i will always have pain because of my condition, its considerably less now and I'm finally getting a full night of uninterrupted sleep. I dont have to get up periodically in the night to walk around to ease the pain. Thank you Novilla.

    Happy with purchase choice
    Low back pain has improved since sleeping on this mattress past 30 days. Numbness in hands that occured when sleeping on my side has gone away too. At age 64, 130 lbs., it is the right combination of squishy & firm support for me. Husband thinks it's okay too. Not the quality of name brand memory foam but not the price either. Took 3 weeks for corners to plump up but customer support was supportive :-)

    This was my first memory foam mattress and i absolutely love it, so much that i bought a California king for our orher bed, best nights sleep I've had in a long time.

    Great mattress, amazing customer service
    Ok so where do I start? The price? The quality? The amazing customer service? Seriously, Novilla has it all. I looked at so many different mattresses and compared prices and I'm so glad I got my mattress from you guys. I was really skeptical since it's a online store but I'm happy I gave it a chance. I got the 12 inch memory foam king size and have been sleeping so much better since. I previously had a Corsicana and let me tell you, they are trash. I had so many questions and the customer service rep who helped me was so patient with me. His name is Aring and I really want to thank him for everything he did. He deserves a raise! My son still sleeps in a crib but you can bet that when he moves to a big kids bed I'll be getting him a Novilla mattress as well. I encourage anyone who's thinking about it to just go for it. You won't regret it. My mattress did only expand to about 11 inches but I'm perfectly fine with that. Unfortunately I did keep it in the box for longer than I thought after I got it. Again, so happy I got a Novilla! Easy on my back and my pockets!

    Nice and comfy
    Once out of the box, quick and easy to unwrap. No odor after unwrapping or sleeping on it. I could not feel movement or transfer from my child while testing it out. Waited 48-72 hours before sitting or laying on mattress. I have it on my carpet, no boxspring, platform or frame, still a good sleep.

    Amazing!!
    This bed has the perfect ratio of comfort and back support. It's not super hard nor is it soft. I've had this bed for a month now and I have no complaints.
