Beautiful love seat
This light gray velvet love seat is the perfect addition to our game room. It arrived packed securely. There was an outer packing to keep the inner box from being damaged. The piece arrived with no issues. It took a while to get into it, but I knew all of the packing was needed. The loveseat comes in easy to assemble parts. The hardware is all contained in a sealed package which is clearly labeled. It even comes with a little wrench and an Allen wrench so that you don't need your own tools. If you have an impact wrench then it will be easier. The instructions are very clear and has good pictures explaining how to assemble the parts. The box worked as a good support while I was attaching the arms to the seat. The legs are sturdy and easily attached. The back long bar fits into the larger back, held into place with velcro. It then slides into the metal channels on the arms to lock into place. The two pillows velcro onto the back to hold them in place. The really cool thing is that there is a zippered compartment on the bottom. One of the pillows and an arm was stored in there during shipping. The entire Assembly took less than 30 minutes with two of us working together. Once together it is beautiful. The seat is firm and comfortable. I was very surprised by the level of comfort sitting on here. The piece is sturdy and holds up to 400 pounds. I love that the pillows are velcroed on so they don't slide around or fall off the loveseat. It's a good size for two adults. The light gray velvet is very plush and soft. Rocky cat definitely likes this piece and immediately decided it was his new bed, at least when I'm not sitting on it. The material is premium. I did not see any information about cleaning but would probably not use any harsh chemicals. There is a nice card in the box thanking you for the purchase and giving contact information so I would be able to get any questions answered through this channel. I am very happy with this loveseat. It's sturdy yet light weight so I can move it around to vaccuum under it. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful loveseat that it comfortable.

Hard Seat
The loveseat was well packaged and easily assembled. It looks really nice but not comfortable to sit on. It is hard and not very flexible when you sit on it. Seems like it needs more cushioning to take the pressure off your bottom when sitting. The material that covers it is nice and velvety. It has weight to it and seems durable. I have had it almost a week. My cats like the feel of the cloth and enjoy laying on it. It is functional for a loveseat, just get a cushion if you want to sit for awhile on it.

    Beautiful and comfortable!
    I received the Novogratz Bailey Pillowback Loveseat, Mid-Century Modern Vintage Living Room Furniture in Light Gray Velvet about 4 weeks ago and it is gorgeous! When I received it I was wondering how I was going to get it up to the second floor, but was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found that the loveseat came in a few pieces so that it was really easy to carry up the stairs. Assembly took less than an hour with two people, and the instructions were easy to follow. All of the tools needed to assemble were included in the box. I wanted the loveseat for the end of my queen sized bed to lounge and watch tv on and it fits perfect! The loveseat it really well made and sturdy. I love the Mid-century modern vintage style. I have antiques in my home and it works well with my decor. I also think that it would go perfect with a contemporary modern decor style also. The velvet fabric is beautiful, soft and almost suede like, and also seems very durable. I love the pretty gray color! The sofa itself is firm, but also very comfortable. The pillows attach to the back of the loveseat with velcro on the back of them and are such a cute feature! I highly recommend this beautiful loveseat for any room in your home for its comfort and stylish features!

    Home or Dorm, best fit everywhere.
    This come complete in one big box, but assembly is required, and it's very easy too. Even comes with tools and you can take your time. The instructions are very clear and all the pieces are all organized out for you. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an old timer. Extremely easy to put together. The style and fabric will match just about any decor, very sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. From College dorm, Town House or retirement community, this is perfect. Very well made and solid.

    Not Great.
    I do not love this sofa. First, it's very hard and not comfortable at all. I'm not sure what the cushion is made out of. It's hard to describe. The back of the sofa is held together with Velcro (as well as the cushions). When you pull the cushion off, it inevitably pulls on the Velcro and adjusting the cushion just a handful of times led to the Velcro coming undone. It LOOKS nice. The light, cool-toned gray is dreamy. If you're looking for a look but don't touch couch, this might be for you but if you actually plan on sitting on it, I would look elsewhere.

    Novogratz Bailey Pillowback Loveseat is a Mid-Century Modern design, upholstered in a Light Gray Velvet. It measures 59”L X 31”W X 33”H. with a weight limit of 400 lbs. making it perfect for a small apartment or a college dorm !! Assembly was very easy. took less than 20 minutes. The seat cushion is extremely firm which is good for sitting but not to lay on.

    Pretty little couch for bedroom or dorm
    I was so exited to receive this gray velvet loveseat. I really thought I would love this loveseat. I tried to love it but I discovered it is only tolerable. It does seem very sturdy after the pretty easy “reconstruction” - the instructions are very good and they are illustrated too. It took me only about 30 mins to “build it” by myself. The seats are very firm (too firm for me). The pillow back of the loveseat is comfortable though. The color is beautiful soft gray and material is super soft and looks high end. All that said - I don't enjoy sitting on it -ever. It is just uncomfortable to me. My 6 yr old granddaughter does like to sit and lay on it for her tv time after school. It would look great in a bedroom, dorm room or office for extra seating. I doubt it is useful for adults to use everyday in a living room type situation. My bottom line - it is not comfortable but it is very pretty and a place to sit.

    LOVE THIS LOVESEAT!
    It had taken the better part of the day to put it together, BOY IT WAS WORTH IT! I do love it. The fabric-velvet is so incredibly soft, absolutely yummy. Pretty darn comfortable to sit on, the color is lovely. Very very pleased with this mid century design. Wish it came in full size sofa with a chair to match, I'd buy it to replace my family room furniture!

    Affordable modern-day design
    This was packaged very well with cardboard protectors on the outside of box. The way this was shipped and packaged was a true indication of the quality inside. All tools needed to assemble this are included. Easy to assemble, not too heavy to carry, sturdy construction. The fabric is velvety and light gray, very modern design, roomy and easily held two adults with a combined weight of about 370 lbs. we had it at it's almost max weight. It is comfortable, very stiff seating that does have springs in the seating. The seats seem to be wider in depth which I really like. Material is stretched properly with no "buckling", my husband worked for a major furniture maker years ago so I looked the quality of stitching etc.. the legs do not wobble. Plenty of room for throw pillows. Would be great to have as extra seating or would look great in an office.

The Novogratz Bailey pillowback loveseat is so comfortable and the color it came in was grey perfect for my decor. It was shipped with care no damage at all the box it came in was sturdy.
