This is a Great option for small spaces, I built it myself took me 40 minutes, I recommend this product specialy if you have kids or dogs since the fabric is easy to clean the only down part is only for two people or one lay down but can add a chair next to it.

Its very small I thought it was big. The screws does not fits the hole for the arm rest Im kinda sad about it. So currently the arm rests are on the floor

    Would've given a 5 star but
    Would've given this futon a 5 star but two major issues for me. One the left backrest doesn't lock in the upright position like the right side does. Second the wooden legs were alot lighter than in the picture. I thought they would be a lot darker then the lighter wood i recieved. Other than that its a beautiful futon large in size and easy to assemble
