This chair is very comfortable. One problem I had was missing washers I went to hardware store and picked some up. But that is no problem. Price was marked down. I would have bought it even though it wasn't. Worth the price before the price drop. Very satisfied, I would recommend to anyone needing a chair like this one.

    Nice but slowly “deflates”
    The chair is comfortable and I purchased two of them for table top gaming. My issue is that both of them will NOT stay up. We constantly have have to raise it up.

    The char tilt was not able to adjust had to cut the rubber off to get the chair adjustment screw. The back is not made right it leans to much forward. I just kept it I would not recommend buying it.

    I am not happy with this office chair. The support is ok but the seat does not stay in position. The lock on the height has never worked properly, causing it to pump down, all of a sudden to a lower height. I would return it but that is another hassle I don't need being I am disabled.

    Wobbles and seems like it will break
    I have had this chair since before Xmas 2020 and I have already had to have them ship me replacements for the gas cylinder and seat plate. It says it has a weight limit of 350 lbs and I am not even close to that. Even after the replacements, the chair still wabbles and feels like it will break if I lean back too far. Definity do not recommend this seat if you can keep from it.

    its trash dont buy
    please dont waste your money. Screws wouldnt go in correctly. My son used it for 3wks and whole back broke off. Thats what's left of the chair in the picture.Please dont buy. its trash!! I brought it for his birthday , sucks....

    Disappointed
    The picture makes the chair look sturdy however, the craftsmanship of the chair is horrible. The holes are not aligned, some of the screws' tread is off, they don't go into the holes, the seat connection is not aligned properly and once assembled, the seat and back are crooked. Had to connect the seat and back by having someone push it toward me to screw in the 2 screws that actually fit! Couldn't get all 4 screws into metal plate, the tread on them was not correct so, it didn't catch in the hole. If I didn't need the chair, I would return it!

    Its worth the Money
    Was impressed at the quality of chair delivered and the quick delivery. I did not give a full five because I leave room for any dissatisfaction. But presently am impressed.
