Missing case!!!
It didn't come with the case like it said it would. It's also a bit scratched up but that's to be expected with refurbished items. Also also, the ios version was too old for what I was requiring (I got the iPad for a drawing program called Procreate) and it didn't let me update to a newer version. Pretty sure that's just a thing that Apple does tho :/ Another small grievance, it didn't actually come in the original packaging like it was supposed to. Just a white box and some bubble wrap. Definitely returning this asap

    No response from seller for missing parts.
    It's really hard to rate this item at this time. Seems to work ok so far but we have only had it a week. Also it is missing the tempered glass that was suppose to come with it. No response about that from seller.

    Worst company ever
    I bought this for a Christmas gift in October it doesn't work correctly they would not refund it or replace it and they just quit communicating with me all together worst worst worst company ever to deal with will not ever recommend this place will not ever buy from this place ever ever again.

    Don't buy this “open box” IPad product
    I returned this product. The “open box” was a generic brown box and the padding used to ship an IPad Air was one layer of thin bubble wrap - the IPad clearly tossed around during shipping. There was no case in the package. After charging, When I turned on the screen, there was a large black circle in the center of the screen on the security code log in page. The charger was a generic non-Apple product. Buyer beware of Walmart's “open Box IPads.

    Trash don't buy.
    It's refurbished can't update the data. It has a crack on the screen going across the face and it has scratches on the top of it in the corner I would not refer this to anyone it's a waste of time. Wish I had know before i purchased it. Will be sending it back for a FULL REFUND.

    Came with older software version.
    The software iOS was not updated, so I was unable to transfer information from my previous iPad. It would not update any further. Refurbished d description does not tell you anything about software version. I had to return this.
