BEYOND EXTREMELY ANGRY!!!!!!!
I. AM EXTREMELY ANGRY! THEY LEFT THE PACKAGE IN THE BACK OF THE ADDRESS! THE FRONT OF THE HOSPITAL HAS A GUARD STATION WHERE YOU LEAVE PACKAGE! THEY WENT TO LOOK FOR IT WAS STOLEN. I WANT A REFUND!!! I HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE!

    Cleaning issues, to my disgust when I accidentally pulled back the purple bar at the bottom of the bristles I found alot of debri of various colors. It seems just rinsing the tooth brush dose not clean under the purplr bars and if you pull the purple to clean under them they do not go back the same. Love the brush but sanitary issues big time. And yes, we rinse the brushes well and clean with rubbing alcohol weekly.

    I would normally give Oral B 5-stars, but I am NOT a big fan of the rubber "bristles" in the middle. I like the older design much better.

    Fantastic Toothbrush!
    I rarely write reviews, but this toothbrush is so good I absolutely had to rave about it. I was skeptical about a toothbrush being able to erase stains, but this one does the trick! I don't know how it does it, but I won't have to get my teeth bleached this year because this toothbrush has made that whole ordeal unnecessary. I'll never go back to my electric toothbrush again. I highly recommend it!
