Oscar Mayer never fails

    I dont know what has happened but every time I buy lunch meat in a package from Walmart, several locations, it is always bad. The date on the package is good but it is like it has been left out. This includes orders for pick up and when I get it myself from the store and take it straight home. Oscar Meyer is the brand I buy. Ham or turkey is bad. I get from other places, like Tom thumb of Kroger, and its not the case. This stuff is so expensive now and then i cant even eat it.

    Horrible smell
    This had the most foul smell ever when I opened the package. I couldn't finish it, I had to throw it away. It was like it was left sitting out at room temp to spoil then placed in the refrigerator. It definitely smelled old and spoiled but the best buy date showed that it was supposedly still fresh. I blame the associates for improperly keeping the meat refrigerated.

    I was not a huge fan of this one. My husband and the kids loved it. It was okay but I would rather have something else. It just didn't taste right to me. There are many options to choose from at the store, which is nice.

    Oscar Mayer Oven Roasted Turkey Breast is one of my Husband's favorite lunch meats..all of ours...but his especially..I make it with avocado and it is absolutely delicious!! I think he has Oscar Mayer Oven Roasted Turkey Breast at least 4 times a week. The flavor is the best and it makes for the perfect sandwiches or as a snack straight out of the easy to seal packages. We grew up with Oscar Mayer and always have it in our refrigerator. I like taking this lunch meat, add a slice of cheese and a Claussen Mini Pickle, roll it up and eat it for a mid-afternoon snack..it is a quick and easy snack that is packed with protein and extremely satisfying!!
