Clear OtterBox case for Plus iphones
This OtterBox phone case is a nice flexible covering for the back and sides of your phone. Don't confuse this with the OtterBox cases that also have the front covering to protect your screen or give waterproof security if dropped in water. This case just protects from falls or cracks to the back and sides of your phone. This case fits the following iphones…. 6 Plus, 6s Plus, 7 Plus and 8 Plus. It is a nice clear rubber case that allows your true color of your phone to show through. This is nice since I have the pretty Rose Gold color iphone and all my other cases covered the original beauty of the phone. Some cases are too bulky… this is not. The case is thin and sleek, but yet gives the protection you need to prevent damage to your phone if dropped. The case is also very easy to take on and off when needed. I am very satisfied with the product.

Just Okay
Compared to other Otter cases I have owned in the past this one is just average. The fit on my iPhone 7 was not as secure or tight as I am used to with previous Otter cases. Also, this case just protects the back and sides of the phone; there is no protection for the phone's screen at all. The clear case is good for those who have iPhones of different colors and want to continue to see those colors but also have a case on their phone.

    You Can't Go Wrong With This Case!
    I have had my iPhone now for over five years and in that time I have tried all kinds of different phone cases in order to protect the phone and make it easy to put in the charging base that I have. Out of all the cases I have for this phone I have mainly used an Otter Box two piece rugged model that has taken a lot and saved my phone from destruction a several occasions. But the one thing with all these cases is they fully covered my phone and I really have never saw the case until this new Otter Defender clear case. Now I can see the phone and enjoy the fact that I picked this phone in this particular color because I liked it, but have deprived myself for all these years of seeing it until now. This case is super easy to slip on or off the phone and gives the phone good protection if and when it gets dropped (which mine has) and the phone is still in perfect condition. I do have to remove the case if I put it in the charging base, but not with the lightning cable or 3.5mm headphone cable. But I love the Otter Box cases and the fact that I can see my phone now is icing on the cake.

    Great Clear Case
    Let's face it = Otterbox is one of the experts in phone cases! This one does not disappoint. The clear case works great on iPhones 6/7/8. I know some love to decorate their phones before slipping this case on! I would recommend this case with the new SE 2nd generation. I would use caution with the older phones (8/7/6) unless you have the screen protected. NOTE: This case is for the back only. This case is a great feel and definitely fits the iPhone 7! (See photos). This case offers clear protection for your phone! Great product!

    This OtterBox Clearly Protected Skin is an ultra slim transparent, scratch resistant skin that fits an iPhone 6, 7 or 8 plus. It fits very snug like a glove and looks nice while also adding bump and drop protection if your phone were to accidentally take a fall. This skin is extremely lightweight enabling your phone to keep its sleek design. While it is not bulky in feel or looks, It does give great protection. Have attached two pictures. This is a REAL OtterBox, have attached a picture where you can view packaging with seal below. Also attached a picture showing skin on my phone . OtterBox products are the best! Have used them for years with confidence. I highly recommend this product!!!

    Very Pleased with this!
    When I saw items from Otter box offered by the Sparks team I was very happy to review one as I was already a little familiar with their reputation of producing very quality products. Unfortunately, cases for my dinosaur iphone were not among the choices. I had plans to order an iphone 7 so that was my choice of cases and especially in the one in clear. I like the idea that the color of the iphone will show through the case. Also unfortunately, my iphone has not arrived yet but I do know the design and layout of all the buttons on it. This case is very well made, sturdy yet flexible, all spaces in the right spots to access the control buttons on your iphone as well as the camera lens. Again, I love that it is transparent, also scratch resistant and it is not bulky at all, all pluses. Also, whatever material it is made of makes it very easy to keep hold of, not slick or slippery at all. I've dropped phones before because of the case so that just adds to this one's appeal. All in all this seems well made and durable. I like it very much and highly recommend, check out one for yourself.....

    Perfect for iPhone 8
    This Otterbox Defender Case is exactly what I needed for my iPhone 8. Its crystal clear so I can see the true color of my phone. The case itself is soft and rubbery to the touch, so it provides a nice grip. You won't drop your phone anymore! The case wraps perfectly around my phone providing a snug fit. It's perfect. Best of all, if you happen to drop your phone, this case will provide some protection, to absorb the impact of a fall. I really can't find anything negative to say about it. Lastly, the case isn't bulky, so your phone remains just about the same size. I highly recommend this case. - I received this item as part of the Walmart Spark Reviewer program.

    Great way to protect your phone!
    I always thought Otter Boxes were big and boxy. But I was very pleased with this product! It is sleek and thin--doesn't add any bulk to my iPhone 7 Plus at all. It's clear so I can actually see the color of my phone and can't even tell there's a protector on it. This product looks like it would get dirty easily but it doesn't even show fingerprints! It fits well on my bike's phone holder and on my arm band for working out. I really like this and would recommend to anyone looking for a way to keep their phone protected.

    The Otter Defender Case is great protection for your cell phone . It fits perfectly and protects your phone from everyday wear and tear such as scratches , bumps ,dirt and drops .My dog is always knocking my phone out of my hands and my case has protected it very well. It is reasonably priced too.

    Alas, it just didn't work out.
    I'm grateful I got to try this Otter case. They're popular, and usually with good reason. I had an excellent one years ago – and many iPhone versions ago! This case is attractive and I really gave it a chance in a variety of everyday situations – both at home and whilst out running errands. It won't tear or rip easily, it cleans easily, and it's cushiony enough – albeit barely – to protect a device from falls and whacks. The phone's side buttons can be used easily and align well enough with the case, and there's no issue plugging in the charger. Yet it's not the same Otter that garnered a good reputation over the years. I do have an iPhone 7 Plus, now considered dated, and it's understandable that companies aren't focused much anymore on accessories for devices that'll surely soon be made obsolete. As you can see in my photos, there's not much of a lip to help the case stay attached to the phone (and the fit is already too loose), and the open space around the camera is less protective of the camera than is ideal (my other case fits the lens exactly), and it leaves gaps for fuzz/debris to enter between the phone and the case (see photo where this happened, with just a few hours of use – my phone has no scratches or marks, so those specks you see are where the ill-fitting case allowed debris to enter). The case is slippery and provides no grip or traction, so it's not ideal for smaller hands, those with weak grips, or for those prone to dropping their devices. The case “frame” is very thin and doesn't seal snugly around the phone, again leaving gaps for moisture (from weather or sanitizing wipes) and debris to enter more readily. Because the seal isn't a good fit, the case is liable to slip off the phone as you you pull it out of your pocket. I don't think this is representative of the Otter brand, and I'd certainly try other Otter products again. But this particular model is not a case I can recommend owing to numerous flaws, so I won't be using it, and I'll return to my inexpensive generic case that's worked flawlessly for four years now. Maybe it'll work out for us with my next phone, Otter.
