The pros: easy to put on my phone and it offers great protection. The cons: it is slippery, but I don't mind bc it makes it easier to pull out of my phone holder. I do love this case, but I took it back to the store bc i found another one, in a different color on Amazon, for half price! Sorry, Walmart, but I like to save money.

Very disappointed with this new BOX. hard and slippery what happened to the quality rubberl-like material used in past. do u make one for the A11? maybe i ordered wrong???

    Works great
    Just what we needed to protect my husband's phone as the last one died from being dropped on the brick floor. Hopefully wont have to put the case to the test, but it's good knowing the new phone is protected.

    Not what I expected
    I loved my old Otterbox for my Galaxy S5 but for the Galaxy A11 I didn't get what I expected. I thought it would be the rubberized case which it wasn't so it can still easily slip out of your hand but you have to pay way too much to get a screen protector which I thought would be included in the case purchase, but doesn't.

    Love the otterbox!
    I have really enjoyed this case. It is easy to hold and protects the phone. I love the color. Wish I could get one of these for my Samsung Galaxy A71 that I just upgraded to.

    Lightweight and Sleek
    I love this case. Doesn't add a lot of bulk to the phone and feels solid. I always add the Otterbox glass to the phone for screen protection but this works great for bumps and drops, even on tile. The case is glossy but not shiny. It's great and I am happy with it. :)

    Everything you need in a phone case
    This phone case is great. First of all, it was easy to put on and it took me like a minute. It fits my phone great and looks super sleek and professional. It's lightweight so it doesn't add extra weight to your phone. So far, it has done a good job in protecting the screen and corners when I (constantly) bump or drop my phone. I just wipe it down daily with an antibacterial wipe and it still looks new.

    Nice construction
    I received this Otter Box for Samsung case well packed. This is a quality product from the way its packed to the caliber of the case it self. It is a two piece case a softer inner piece to encase the phone with all the openings and button depressors. There is an outer case of harder plastic with rubber ‘bumpers' to protect your phone from damage. There is an emblem on the box that's says it has ‘drop protection'. I hope I don't have to test it. For me the inner case is sufficient, it is a soft rubber and easy to insert the phone.
