Best Phone Purchase
I bought this case a few weeks ago for my new galaxy s10. At first I was worried that my phone would be too bulky with the defender case however it fits perfectly. Glad I purchased.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will file a Refund
Iam a fan and have owned several OTTERBOX cases for more than 8 years and have been very very satisfied and happy until now. I recently bought a case for my new phone and on the 3rd time I placed on the case (because I recently installed a screen protector) the CASE SNAPPED and broke in two pieces. This is NOT THE OTTERBOX I KNOW. Please help me and tell me what to do. I paid good money for this purchase sir/mam. With respects.

    Better than a new phone
    Samsung G10 user. The otter box has saved my phone many times. I wear my phone and use the otter box as my protector of choice. Wouldn't change that choice at all.

    Nice!
    After my father dropped his from the roof 2 times, with no damage to the phone, I figured defender would work for me as well. I like the clip, as I don't have a pop socket on this one to hook it on my pants, it would be nice if the belt clip was removable for when i actually have a big enough pocket to stick the whole thing in. It has a nice lip on the top and bottom and is not as slick a back as the commuter case. I like that it is more grippy. The screen protector though is annoying, it is ia a hair too high (yes its the otter box brand and I used the cool installer kit that came with it... but my dad and I both have bubbles at the top and looks like it would be perfect, but I wasn't willing to risk fingerprints or royally messing up the whole thing. He doesn'tuse the top of the screen aka it doesn't bother him).

    Good Case, but not with the additional Alpha flex
    Cant Use the expensive Alpha flex with the good case. Got bubbles in the edles, is a Bit too long. Look picture.

    I purchased the defender case and additional screen protector for my s10 .I had the defender case on my previous Samsung s7 edge for 2 years and the phone was the same as brand new when I took it out of it.

    Only Case I Buy
    Otterbox Defender is the only case I've put my Samsung Galaxy S series phones in since I started buying them. I love the free holster that comes with them, I use it all the time especially as I rarely take a handbag with me when I go out - it also gives added protection to the screen when you clip it on that way. If I had any complaint it's that they don't have enough colour choices (they've only made my favourite colour, Red, maybe once or twice, and I miss the mix & match option they used to have.

    Love otterbox!
    I tried another brand as part of a deal when I bought my phone. Unfortunately when I dropped it, it broke my phone! I had to replace the new phone. So, I replaced my case too! Back to otterbox! The brand I have trusted for years and they haven't failed me yet!
