Amazing protection
Otter box is always amazing. I've had one on my cell since I got it. It has taken years of beating, and my phone still looks like new. This cover is the same as my old, minus the hole for the Apple logo. The old one protected even with cracked sides, and well worn outer cover. Three years plus and my iPhone 8 still looks new. I'll include the old otter box photo, to give an idea. It still could have worked longer except for the hard inner case looseness after all the hits. This is over three years of drops, because I have arthritis and somehow drop the phone.

Wonder if this was a returned item
This was supposed to be part of a gift for my son with his first cell phone. The box arrived very damaged inside the shipping package which also had no protection. The case itself was put poorly into the box and parts of the case, like the corners, show signs of use and wear. I get that it's a Cyber Deal item but come on, I got razzed trying to exchange socks for the next size up because the package was opened at Walmart. If I can't clean this up enough to use it, I can't wait to hear what the Service Desk people accuse me of.

    Hello. I have to apologize to Walmart and seller. This item was delivered and I had a horrible time figuring it out. Due to box saying only 2nd gen, I thought “ ugh no!!”. So, on with refund and more searching. I found many items showing what I saw on first search so, I checked out YouTube instructions. Behold… a great man taught me how to use this booger and now I am a proud wearer and user of the Defender Pro!! Which hopefully means no more cracks!! ?????

    Solid protection for an expensive gadget
    Solid protection all around. Downside is that it makes the ports and switches less accessible and the home button and screen less sensitive to touch. Easy to get used to in a few days.

    Tough and protective, with accessories
    This is as sturdy as can be, even beyond that. Plus it comes in parts that can be used as needed, for a belt option as one. It was for my husband, so it's very manly looking. He's already dropped it, it almost bounced! With it being on an enormous sale, it beats all others.

    Easily broken from 3 foot drop
    I bought this 2 months ago and have dropped the phone 2 times from no higher than 3 feet and top right and left corners of the case have cracked along with the belt clip broke from a 3 foot drop. Seems like poor quality have not had the case more than 2 months yet
