Does it's job
I have always liked OtterBox and this one stands to it's name as well. It is lightweight but very snug. My only concern is that if this phone drops on concrete that it will not survive the fall. I say that because I don't think there is a high enough lip to cushion or break the fall. Prior to this, I was using one that has a front and back cover. I feel a little more secure with that one however, it does have the belt clip/holster that you can turn your phone frontward or backwards which will protect it when it's on. Your stylus is not protected either so it if falls out it's just gone. There is a cover over charging port but not stylus. This case is not bulky either.

Defective Product
I've recently received my product and I must say, of all the years that I've used Otter Box Defender, I will continue to defend their product line, although this time my product is defective. I know nothing is ever 100% on everything. That's why I will continue to purchase and use their products. The defect in this matter is that the phone does not stay locked into the case. This is the very first time I've EVER had an issue with the Otter Box. Again, I've used them with all of my phones over the many years, and will continue to do so.

Please view the YouTube video on how to put it on your phone. The directions and images in the box do NOT give understanding or adequate instructions on how to put the case over the phone. I had to view the YouTube video to understand how to put it on my phone. That's my only complaint; the case and its holster are awesome.Braska Jr

He uses it for his tablet as well. Well it protected the phone but it doesn't cover the warranty if you buy from your carrier! If you don't buy it directly from their website I do not recommend it because your warranty is not valid! You put your phone in (nice snug fit so you know its protected) pop on the clip and your good to go. When I looked at the choices for the Note 20 Ultra 5G the only somewhat feminine color was this 2 tone burgundy with berry pink n the inside. Very unattractive! Also I wanted the case to cover the rear camera lense of which it does not leaving the lenses exposed and potentially at risk for harm. Now I have to add another lense cover to the entire system. Please Otter get rid of this horrible color and offer something other than black!Sailorgirl
