Extremely disappointed. Otterbox used to have fully enclosed protection. Quality was much better. Customer service used to be great. They used to describe their products fully when they would describe them. Not any more. Sigh. It's a shame.

    Should have shopped here first
    Went to my cell phone carrier to get a new Otter box and was told they no longer carry my style as it was "out dated". Okay, not happy, so I went to the fountainhead to get what I needed. I would have saved a whole bunch of aggravation and time by shopping with you first. The site was easy to navigate and I got my order fast. SOOOO friggin happy

    It looks sharp and protects your phone from alot
    Just have to say it does everything it's supposed to it fits perfectly on the S10 and looks great from top to bottom side to side I feel comfortable holding it and if I drop my phone I don't have to worry about breaking a flag ship phone prices at 800$ and the germ proof is a plus I know it's not for us but in the world today it's great to have and a must buy for your brand new our exciting S10 it looks sharp with this defender pro case made buy the one and only best of the best Rugged OUTTER box I highly recommend this product must have all day long 10/10

    One of the best cell phone cover I ever bought.
    Bought the defender pro for my new samsung s10. I didn't really need or want the pro series, but they didn't have the plain defender in the blue color I wanted. So, I paid the extra money for the pro. Maybe I'll live an extra 10 years by using the pro!!! But doubt it. The cover is well made and I especially like the little flip covers that cover the charging and mic ports. They seem heavy duty and hopefully the hinges won't fail from use. Overall a great cover.

    My s10 cost a lot of money so I got the defender series for total protection and when my son heard of it he got it and threw it across the room and my heart broke.I went to get it and it was like nothing happen to it , I love it. thanks OTTERBOX for the "DEFENDER SERIES!"

    Birdwatchers will love this cell phone caae.
    I am an "all weather, all terrain" bird watcher who uses the ebird and Merlin apps when bird watching. This case is easy to install and provides safety for my android cell phone when I am recording birds. Thank you for a great product. I have tried and discarded other call phone cases.
