We bought this for my husband's phone he always had the cheap plastic cases claiming that he was more careful with his phone than the rest of us and didn't need to spend the money. Now that he has it he loves it. He feels that he has a better grip with this case and it doesn't slide around every where

No Wireless
I was told that this case would still allow me to charge my Galaxy S10 wirelessly but that was not the case. I even tried taking the pop socket off and it would charge sometimes but whats the point? I don't want to have to take off the pop socket every time I want to charge my device wirelessly. This is a great case otherwise as the feel is premium and convenience of having the pop socket integrated is pretty awesome. Also being able to now switch your pop sockets is a nice feature.

The popsocket is built right into the otterbox phone case which is great! It's better than adding the popsocket adhesive backing on the side to a phone case without the built in popsocket. The normal Popsocket didn't stick on the Defender case for me. I've had the case for about 2 weeks and it works great. I still have my original wireless charger from my S6, so I have been using it and it works just fine. If I have wireless connection issues I can easily remove the Popsocket and charge my phone. The only issue I had was that the case didn't come with the holster, but the Otters took good care of me as always and sent me a holster. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the awesome customer service!SBerry

I have dropped that phone I don't know how many times without getting a scratch on it. I can't say that for the phone cases I bought prior to. I was tired of buying new ones so I found this and it was an instant buy. Works great and I swapped out the pop top with my old one. Only wish we had options for positioning, I usually do not have it right in the middle of the case, but I got used to it. Great buy!Rachel

While the case itself is fantastic, there are two issues I have with the Popsocket Defender. One is that the Popsocket has a smooth surface, so when you put your phone down on a slippery surface like countertops, it now slides. An easy remedy for Otterbox would be to put a rubberized.non-slip surface on it. The other issue is that the Popsocket is positioned in the middle and I wish it was up a little higher on the phone - that just may be personal preference.Suex

I could throw my phone up in the air and not worry aboutbreaking it. I have to take the pop socket off to use wireless charging and it does fast charge. It will only charge in portrait. If I put in in landscape it doesn't charge with my wireless charger. I like to watch TV with the phone in landscape while charging so I'll have to find something different.Jared
