Becoming a family favorite
I really like my scooter. I tend to speed unintentionally. My hand bumps the speed dial because I tend to lean on it to much. This little thing can really go. I tried parking it once on a public bus. People were very patient. Even the driver was ready to come over to help. But a nice young man helped me. That was so much fun. I rode on the streets mostly. I was out at least two hours checking out my favorite new toy as I call it. Unfortunately I need it too. When I got home the battery dial hadn't moved. I figured next time I started it on it would move. So I didn't charge it that night. The next day my daughter had a doctors appointment and asked it she could use my scooter. She was out about three and a half hour. She loved the speed and could control it better than I could at a faster speed so she choice the fast speed. She even stopped off at a restaurant and got us carry out food. The battery dial worked just fine. By the time she got home there were two notches left indicating it was time to recharge my battery. Problem is my son responsible for keeping it charged has misplaced my charger and now I'm trying to find out how to get a new charger. Think it's a good idea to have a extra charger for times like this. My daughter love my scooter and I'm sure she will ask to borrow it again until she finally get her car. Watch out ladies and gentlemen it won't be too much longer before the younger generation stop looking at these scooters for the elderly and disable. Lol

Dead on Arrival
Received the mobility scooter and unboxed, scooter looked good. Charged battery and tried to turn it on for my wife to use, scooter was dead . Contacted seller, the sent emails that stated to hit something with a hammer and also a video that showed me how to disassemble the scooter to troubleshoot. Scooter has never worked, trying to return for refund, not getting much cooperation. Very disappointed

    love it easy to. fold i can pick up and load by myself.fits in the back of my van .i take battery off which is easy you just pick up it velcro to floor under .seat just lifts off and lay steering down and load ..doesn't take a minute to load or unload and you're ready to ride.seat locks on just by putting armrests down,lever under seat allows seat to swivel around to side to get on or off....long stick that holds flag was broken when i received but that i can deal with...i highly recommend you will not regret, i haven't had to charge battery has been great

    Great looking scooter! Easy to assemble
    Scooter exactly as described and pictured. Assembly was so minimal and easy! I am very pleased that I purchased this item. Actually I purchased one for me and one for my husband, in red and blue. Colors are vibrant and scooters looks magnificent.

    This scooter has made my life so much easier.
    This scooter has made my life so much easier. It folds up and fits in the trunk of the SUV. I myself can't take it out of startup. I no longer struggle to walk, it alleviates my pain, which is really thankful.

    Exactly what you expect
    Bought this for my husband to get to work as we don't have a car and public transport isn't reliable. There are no assembly required and it comes with the strap which is VERY useful when it is folded.

    Long lasting battery
    This scooter is very nice! It has given my Elderly Mom her freedom back. What can I say...it hits all the buttons. 1. Easy to assemble 2. Well constructed 3. Solid 4. Easy to transport 5. Long lasting battery And on top of all that they have great customer service that you don't find much in the USA anymore.
