Overall it's okay.
The speed adjustment is very good and the battery was only diminished by two light dots after using it for 2 hours at a hilly location. We plan to take it when we travel and hope that the varying airports and airlines we use will allow me to ride it to the gate area.

Dead on Arrival
Received the mobility scooter and unboxed, scooter looked good. Charged battery and tried to turn it on for my wife to use, scooter was dead . Contacted seller, the sent emails that stated to hit something with a hammer and also a video that showed me how to disassemble the scooter to troubleshoot. Scooter has never worked, trying to return for refund, not getting much cooperation. Very disappointed

    I really was suprised that they said this was for a hadicap person. It is heavy. Takes 2 people to get in and out of car. Very inconvenient. Debating if i should return it. As my husband is not able to help lift.

    It's dose the job.
    Works great on pavement. Not so good on old sidewalk's. And it doesn't like speed bumps. The Anti-Tip wheels get hung up on the bump and the rear tires just spin. Does great in the store settings. Not so good on tall grass. But it does what you expect for the cost.

    I really like my little red scooter it's a powerful little machine I love that it's compact that I've been able to put it in and out of my trunk with little or no help I love the lights and the back lights I love this little red machine and the seats are very comfortable.

    Get around easier now. awesome
    This was best purchase i made for myself. Not able to walk. Having to wait and have someoneto push in wheel chair. more than 2yrs . Is awesome to be able to move around house and outside. Thank you for making this item. For people that cant afford should be easier to get threw insurance,medicare,or medicaid. It really lift my spirt. Now work on thing to go on car so i can go go go. lol

    Good times!
    took it for a spin this morning before the heat hit! It rolls right along nicely. the space between the seat and foot area is a little shorter than my previous scooter which was a different brand. So, i just place my feet up on the rounded portion and am comfy. Hubby had no trouble putting the scooter together and said it went quickly and easily. I am partially disabled and can no longer go for walks around the resort where we live so this opens up a whole new world for me!!

    Great little scooter!
    I love this little scooter! I bought it because of foot surgery and hope to only have to use it a few months, but definitely plan to keep it around. Its the perfect size for me at 5'2. I've been using it inside stores and outside around my acreage. It is a little rough riding on the yard and the gravel driveway but so far the only time I've gotten stuck is if I happen to stop in a rut. I'd like to know if I could get rubber tires for it. My husband has no problem breaking it down and putting it in a vehicle but I would not be able to do so alone.

    I love it ?! I took it to the Cardinals game, I rode across the street from the parking garage and they let me in the gate for assistance devices. Then an usher offered to park it by the food carts out of the way of everybody. Everything was so much easier and less stressful than trying to walk the whole way. I actually enjoyed the game and my friends. And for once my husband had to try keeping up with me?. This bad boy gets up to 5 mph. I was zooming past everybody.

    Great purchase
    I ordered this for my mom. It shipped really fast. We put it together as soon as we received it but it was missing the right armrest. I contacted Soft Inc and the customer service was amazing! I had the armrest replacement within 2 days. My mom absolutely loves the scooter. Would recommend them 100%.
