Dead on Arrival
Received the mobility scooter and unboxed, scooter looked good. Charged battery and tried to turn it on for my wife to use, scooter was dead . Contacted seller, the sent emails that stated to hit something with a hammer and also a video that showed me how to disassemble the scooter to troubleshoot. Scooter has never worked, trying to return for refund, not getting much cooperation. Very disappointed

    This machine is surprisingly powerful!!!
I bought this for my Grandmother who had respiration issues. this machine is surprisingly powerful and the battery lasted for several years. she was able to play with her great grand kids on the law when the grass was dry. folds up pretty easily and isn't too heavy.

    Very good for the $.
My Mother can now go from her condo to restaurants and shops 1/4 mile away, visit friends in her complex, and get to the association swimming pool. She is more active and independent and that is great for her mental and physical health. Delivery was earlier than promised. Assembly was quick and easy. The price was appropriate. There are two tricky points not mentioned in the manual. The red lever near the right rear wheel has to be switched from park to go before the scooter will move. And there's a release for the steering that should be released so the handle bars will turn freely. I did have to bend the metal battery contacts for a tighter fit against the battery box when the unit refused to turn on once. No problem since. Not perfect, but very good for the $.

    My husband loves it!
This scooter arrived just in time. It is so nice..Hubby broke hip and had to go to an important business meeting. The scooter arrived the day before he had to leave.. The only problem is a handle was broken in the front of the scooter. It did not affect the quality of the ride at all.. I hope to be able to get a new handle. My husband loves his new ride.

    long battery life.
I have had this for over a year. It is a great product. I'm a large person and have not problems with this scooter. If you have mobility problems I would highly recommend this. I had no problem in wet grass. Easy to travel with as it breaks down into three parts. long battery life.

I recently bought my wife a conversion van
I recently bought my wife a conversion van. You know, the type where a handicapped person can enter the van while seated in a wheelchair by means of a ramp. All the time she had insisted that I obtain a wheelchair for myself, but I am not handicapped, so I got the scooter for her to use. Then, one day I needed to go to a doctor's appointment at a large medical facility on a military base. In my experience, walking all the way from the parking lot to the doctor's office was painful, because I have back problems. So, I used my wife's Scout. What a relief! I liked it so much, that I ordered another one for myself. One reason I decided to get a second one is that it is easy to disassemble and place in the bed of my pickup truck.

    I love this mobility scooter.
I easily lifted the seat off, the battery off and the basket off. I had some trouble separating the back wheels part from the floor board/steering. I needed to squeeze that release bar very hard. I put those parts into the back of my car. I couldn't lift the floor board/steering mechanism, the longest and most awkward part of the scooter, into the back of my car.

    Worth every penny.
My mom is severe asthma patient and we always hesitate going out to the park and shopping mall. And she is OCD so wont use rental gears lol So i bought this spitfire for her and wow. Exceeded my expectation and now she is in love!! We take this everywhere and i even bought pet carrier to replace the hard basket in front. Fits snuggly in my SUV trunk. Worth every penny.

    Becoming a family favorite
I really like my scooter. I tend to speed unintentionally. My hand bumps the speed dial because I tend to lean on it to much. This little thing can really go. I tried parking it once on a public bus. People were very patient. Even the driver was ready to come over to help. But a nice young man helped me. That was so much fun. I rode on the streets mostly. I was out at least two hours checking out my favorite new toy as I call it. Unfortunately I need it too. When I got home the battery dial hadn't moved. I figured next time I started it on it would move. So I didn't charge it that night. The next day my daughter had a doctors appointment and asked it she could use my scooter. She was out about three and a half hour. She loved the speed and could control it better than I could at a faster speed so she choice the fast speed. She even stopped off at a restaurant and got us carry out food. The battery dial worked just fine. By the time she got home there were two notches left indicating it was time to recharge my battery. Problem is my son responsible for keeping it charged has misplaced my charger and now I'm trying to find out how to get a new charger. Think it's a good idea to have a extra charger for times like this. My daughter love my scooter and I'm sure she will ask to borrow it again until she finally get her car. Watch out ladies and gentlemen it won't be too much longer before the younger generation stop looking at these scooters for the elderly and disable. Lol
