Dissatisfied: Products Quality Due to INFLATION
I purchased this tent June 2021 from Walmart.com. Today is Sunday October 17th and we finally got to go camping for the first time this weekend 15th-17th. The quality of this Ozark Trail tent is awful! Ozark USED to have better quality than this for sure! The first night, it rained and water was inside the tent coming up from the floor NOT leaking from the top or side's. The second day, the tent ripped while unzipping the only door. My husband used 1/2- 1 sq ft patches patch on a 2 to 3 foot rip up the door. The zipper kept getting hung up on the flaps on the door and windows. Lastly, today while taking the tent down, the tent ripped on the back side of the tent on 1/2 shelving areas. Walmart has a 90 day return policy so I will be on the phone in the morning getting my money back or a different tent! Seriously, the FIRST time using the tent that's $349.00 before taxes, you would think would hold up to a rain shower and the material not ripping in two different places and NOT on the seam's! I'm very dissatisfied with the quality! I wonder what Customer Service says tomorrow about why the quality has went way down! INFLATION???

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/22/2021Flimsy materialWhile I absolutely love the size and silver screen, The sewing job is near to that of a child. not sturdy enough to hold at points with stakes. Mine was tore at back side where one of the closets are, from first use. the closets are great in inside, but outside is poor about holding up without collapsing a lil. Needs a way to tie down the top bar in middle of top beam. For what this cost, this tent should far well be better material and sewn, but is great size and looks great. also has no rain guard to pull out over door area except for the ? 2 inch hangover, that DOES not work well being that the bottom of door stretches out to that extent. The room dividers and lights are a great plus. the color is spot on. So many good things but just as many negative, not worth what I paid for.Marty

Super easy set up and plenty enough room for 6 air mattresses (one queen and 5 twin), a refrigerator , cooler, clothes, big dog and all our food. If you have a big family this is a must have!Stacey

My only complaint and this is a big one is that there are essentially zero instructions as how to build it. Their instructions are only about connecting the colored pole to the match colored connector. Zero info as how to fully assemble we had to look at a picture of the tent and guess how it all goes together.josh
