I would rather spend the money making my own baby food. I know what's in it. image all the preservatives and harmful chemicals they put in this for a 2 year shelf life. The baby food I make is good for a few hours. it's time consuming and work but my baby is worth it!

    It's the way to go
    Happy pooping baby, happy mama.. I'm sure everyone agrees with me. It's not too concentrated but the bowel movement seems more comfortable and my baby isn't pushing hard anymore. There is no added sugars so that's always a big plus and also introducing wise it's a great product.

    Baby likes these and they help with constipation
    When my son started to eat solid food several times a day, he had constipation issues for a few weeks. I purchased these to help with the constipation, and they have been really helpful. We would feed him a pouch every other day, and the constipation resolved within a few days. He doesn't have constipation any more, but I will always keep a few on hand just in case. My son likes them either way, so they definitely will not go to waste.
