This item was really easy to put together, compared to some other brands/models. Instead of those grommets, the desk has clamps that slides to open or closed (secured). A really great product. I would recommend it to everyone.

Fedex Fail
Fedex delivered this to my driveway in a heap with the box open and parts falling out. Of course the most visible part, the desk top panel was smashed and cracked on the corner. The desk is nice but big F for Fedex.

    Desk looks and feels great...Unbelievable for the price. Definitely get the professional assembly as there are many parts and is not simple to assemble.

    Great desks!
    Beautiful desks. Bought two. One came with a damaged door. Called company and they quickly and efficiently sent out a replacement. Very good quality. Highly recommend.

    A nice desk
    It didn't start out well. My shipment had 3 damaged parts. I contacted Hayneedle and they did send out the replacement parts, however one of the parts (the center keyboard drawer) also came out damaged. The front part that hinges down was broken where the metal clip hooks in. Other than that, I am pleased with the desk. I just wish it had come completely workable

    A great product
    This desk was extremely easy to assemble. The locking mechanism work great and instructions are good. Customer Service is very helpful. One of the drawer rails was faulty and had to be replaced. I received the new rails within in 3 days.

    We really like the desk and the look of it and the finish is great. However, the box was really "beat up" when it was left at our front door. One piece of the desk had a slight crack,which we repaired rather than try to return a 100 lb. item!!! I often find that when I receive items that have been shipped the packaging looks like it went through a war!!!

    Desk looks great! Lots of storage space! Came in quickly and even though it had a ton of pieces it was fairly easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend!
