My Serama chickens were sitting ducks
This flimsy piece of (expletive deleted) was no match for whatever stealthly came in and grabbed my Seama chickens one by one. The flimsy latch was easily opened. The first time I assumed I had simply not latched it properly and the chicken escaped. But tonight with the weather warmer my window was open and I awoke to a blood curdling screaming of a Silkie Serama Rooster being killed and eaten. Indeed not a sign of what took him, bit the latch was easily undone. Anybody who buys this for an outdoor animal enclosure might as well not be too attached to their pet as it will quickly become a boxed lunch for a wild animal.

    Cheap wood, not for outdoor use
    This is an ok enclosure if you plan to keep it indoors. The ‘wood' is almost like particle board and would not last outdoors. I bought it for my quail, but I am having to seal it completely before using it. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew I would have to put all the time and money into preparing it to go outdoors.

    great for guinea pigs!
    Took about an hour to built with 3 people. Great outdoor enclosure for 2-3 guinea pigs, don't know about rabbits unless you have dwarf rabbits or something. I recommend that their food and water bowl are located inside of the second floor and that during the night you keep your pets in there with the hatch closed. Great deal for $130.

    Super disappointed
    I am so disappointed with this purchase. The wood is flimsy, it is super small(I will not be able to use this for my rabbit) and just is poorly made. Overall a waste of money.

    very flimsy wood..Ive had it for about a month for rabbit and it has already had pieces fall off. like the svrews are not long enough or something. Very poorly made.

    Worst thing Ive ever purchased. Very flimsy any animal larger than a rabbit can turn it over.parts were stapled together.Grandkids using fora Barbie playhouse but she's to tall Only plus is its cedar

    Ehh.. What an odd build
    I don't normally make reviews but I knew I had to on this. Coming out of the package, it smelled awful. This is made of soft wood and does not need a power drill. Use a screwdriver and the wood won't split. Smaller than advertised. Would be a mansion for a Syrian hamster or a good size home for two guinea pigs. The house is about a foot high off the ground and the ramp takes up most of the run room. The directions are okay but the set up is odd. Better to spend a couple more dollars on a different one than go the cheaper route on this.

    Good quality, held really well. I really liked how it was detachable and that it came with a elevated house. The separate room inside is perfect for small pets to sleep in. Would definitely recommend for small pet owners.

    Love it but.....
    Works great. Relatively simple to put together. You need a drill to make holes because they don't come pre drilled. Also the fence part has a lid that you can open but no latch to keep it closed. Bunnies can get out and critters can get in. But we just added a latch and now it's fine.

    Works for what I needed
    Easy to assemble! I did have a piece that was broken off but got it to work. The wood is a little flimsy. Fits my bunny. Love the detachable

    Ehh....
    Its Okay I guess, the dimensions are off mine is 19 5/8" X 61 1/2". I don't know how long it will hold up outside, seems cheap for paying $165 for it. Also had to add a piece of plywood to the top hatch. The wood the hutch is made with Is so lightweight it could hold itself closed.
