looks like a purse
If you are ordering this for school lunches you will be disappointed. It's too small and looks like a purse. Can't even fit a thermos drink in it. Very disappointed. It is cute for play, but not what I bought it for.

workmanship is not good
printing is good, name is correct but bag workmanship is poor, the handle area is not even at both side. staff should check whether the bag quality is OK or not before proceed printing. very disappointed since price is not low poor quality.

    not worth the price
    Not sure why this is even advertised as a lunch bag. Not insulated as one would imagine. It's more like a little girl's purse. If you put anything cold in it, the condensation will soak right through and make the bag wet. Over twenty dollars to have personalized and can't even use it for reason it was bought. Very disappointed. Not to mention, it was bought as a birthday present!
