Game changing must have for shedding dog owners
Wow!!!! I have a bernese mountain dog and a french bulldog that both shed considerably. They sleep with us and love to wrestle and play on the bed before going to sleep. Needless to say, my comforter gets a lot of dog hair. I launder often and have been lint rolling with the sticky sheets but it’s so wasteful and needs so many, Not to mention it’s time consuming and not super effective. I decided to look for some sort of option on AC to help clean pet hair that does not have suction

Poor build quality, lid pops off frequently
There are several versions of this cleaning tool, and unfortunately they tend to look mostly the same when you're shopping online. This is the low-end version. It does clean, but the lid that covers the hair-compartment flies off while you are doing the cleaning. This is because the handle for the unit is extra hollow and has a lot of flex as a result. So as you're trying to do basics like cleaning the cushions on a couch, the flex from the handle makes the lid pop off. And I'm not talking about once or twice. It happens frequently. I can somewhat get around this by covering the lid with a finger, but it's not a very pleasant experience. You should skip this one and go for one of the $20 models with a sturdier design. I had one of the more expensive ones previously and it lasted for many years without issues.

    It works
    I have 3 dogs, two of them have long/thick coats. This thing WORKS. I have all hard floors in my house so I don't have a real vacuum, just the robot floor one. I've used traditional lint rollers o. My couch before, but it takes soooooo long to make a difference. I would much rather store and use this than a vacuum cleaner for small areas of my house.

    THIS THING WORKS!!!
    With two white cats, my brown couch and navy furniture are ALWAYS covered in very noticeable hair.  This thing popped up in my timeline on Facebook and I found it here on AC for cheaper.  I took a chance and ordered it even though hubby was very skeptical.  Just arrived... and WOW.  It really works!  VERY easy to use and the hair really does collect inside it. My only complaint is it feels like very cheap plastic and like it would be easy to break... but even with that, I am super glad

    Doesnt pick up the hair very easily and its a little hard to clean the hair out of it. Does the job I guess, easier then having to bring out the vacuum

    I rarely write reviews.  I also hate cats.  My 13 year old loves cats.  We now have two cats, including a long haired tabby.  I secretly love the little monsters.  But, I am VERY OCD about my house being clean and I have a brand new sectional.  No bueno.  I am seriously obsessed with this roller.  It's so easy to use both to clean up pet hair and to remove the pet hair it cleans up from the compartment it all goes into.  I wish it were somehow disguised as a piece of decor so I could l

    It works I guess, but I'd rather use vacuum.
    This roller does what it's supposed to do. I'm giving it 4 stars not because it's not effective, but because it's not 100% effective, and works just as well as a vacuum, and a vacuum is faster, and can reach corners. I imagine if you just used it on flat surfaces, like a couch, the carpet, or your car seats, that would work okay. I needed it to keep hair off my bed and blankets, and it's awkward to use, not effective as I needed it to be. Cleaning it out though, is easy, you open the back and remove the pet hair. A sticky lint brush though, or a padded one, would do just as well I think. I am returning it, only tried it once.

    Works great to get fur off the furniture quickly
    This works very well and saves me from buying countless paper strips. I have two cats and a dog that shed constantly. It is easy to use and easy to clean.
