Great telvision for a great price.
Picture is so clear this one of the best tv i have ever owned so easy to set up. We will be buying a bigger one for hubbys man cave.

Not impressed
I was really looking forward to having this tv for my bedroom but it arrived with a cracked screen once I got it turned on. I was super bummed about it, but I can say I called the support center right away no wait time and they did resolve the issue with a full refund and free return. I will provide a picture as well. Like I said would have been a nice tv if it wasn't cracked....

    Fed Ex dropped the box now the TV HAS THESE STRIPS GOING ACROSS THE TOP LINE GREEN YELLOW AND RED Phillips customer service agent is saying the are not responsible for FED EX DELIVERY...

    Very happy — best 50” price with A reviews
    Really have zero complaints. It's wildly easy to setup and use. I'm not a fan of roku and the aesthetic and have historically had a chromecast. This is a nice fusion. Plus the Google assistant in the remote makes surfing YouTube on the tv very easy.

    Note if you got a firestick its not going to work in how they set up the hdmi ports on this tv if you wann mount it. Unless you wall mounted it inches away from the wall to clear the firestick. Im not using a firestick on it but mounting it with just spacers enough to clear tv itself and hdmi cable still hits the wall i didnt want to add any more spacers. Bottom of tv humps out. Overall i recommend this tv but if those things above are issues this isnt for you or just get a swing telescope tv mount and you are ok. I dont have the room for something to stick out that far where this tv is located.

    GREAT TV
    This is a great TV. At first there was no sound but you have to adjust the HDMI settings on the TV. Love the fact that you don't need a streaming device for this TV, just download all your streaming apps straight to the TV from the Google Play Store. It has Chrome Cast built in and you listen through your wireless headset by pairing it to the TV. I have the TV in my bedroom and can listen to TV through my wireless headphones while my wife reads.

    netflix does not work on this tv.
    no app for amazon prime. netflix does not work. 3 momths after buying this tv that was loaded with netflix, the netflix app stopped working. I contacted philips to be informed they were no longer supporting netflix. Thank goodness I didn't donate my old roku as this is now the only way to watch netflix on this tv. I will no longer purchase philips electronics or electronics from walmart as I have burned to mant time by both companies.
