Best Soundbar on the market!
I have tried many soundbars, even the Bose 500 with the additional surround sound and subwoofer and this Phillips soundbar is by far the best! This was very easy to set up, it has a sleek and clean modern look. But most importantly, the sound literally envelops you from all angles, it is immersive, the bass stupendous and the spoken audio is so crisp you feel like you are in the movie! Cant recommend this product enough!!!

problem with subwoofer
I had this soundbar, bought it brand new but after using it for 2 days i found out the subwoofer mutes all the time, i can tell the bass is on and off every second. It sounded really good when it works as it supposed to but the issue bothers me a lot so i returned it.

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/30/2021Poor design with a mediocre sound. Why on earth would they put a bright LED light on the front that cannot be turned off!? Thankfully it can be dimmed but it should be able to go off so it does not detract from the TV experience when you know it will be placed nearby the TV. Such an odd choice and sad because the sound quality is nothing to write home about.Alexander

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/08/2020Great sound bar, great sale price at Sam's ClubVersatile sound bar, will make even a non smart TV sound great. But you need to have a smart blue ray/dvd player with apps( and at least 2 outputs) to utilize the full effect of the sound bar, until you get a smart TV that recognizes updated audio. My DVD's sound so great it is as if I am watching them anew!anonymous

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/20/2020Great product from philipsI was a little hasitated to buy this soundbar but ended up ordering as I wanted to give it a chance. While there are too many options to choose from this one does not disapoint you. Crisp and clear soundbar with three sound setting to choose- music, movie and news. On top of that it supports dolby atmos. You can also adjust bass and treble if you want to customize sound. Bluetooth works without any problem. Overall a great product only thing I recommend is to connect using HDMI ARC on your TV. You won't regret if you buy one. I am keeping mine as I am enjoying the sound coming out of philips.Max

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/30/2020I'm not happy with how this unit operates.Nice sound but using the optical input, the unit oscillates sometimes when I use recall (back button) on my dish TV remote. Also, when using the fast forward button on the remote the unit sometimes goes silent and I have to cycle it off/on to get the sound back. I think the problem is some how connected to the Bluetooth sub woofer operation. In addition, my Dish TV doesn't have the operating codes so I can't use the Dish TV remote to control the unit. I've used other Philips amplifiers in the past with good results but I'm not happy with how this unit operates.Ted
