Sonicare vs oral B
I've been using electric toothbrushes for 25 years. I've tried them all and Sonicare is the one I prefer. It cleans well and is gentler than the Oral B products in my opinion. I bought this one on sale so I'm good for another few years of performance toothbrushing !

Would not purchase again
I would give this zero star if I could. I bought this in mid June and it already stopped working. It sounds like the motor is dying, even when fully charged. I bought this to replace the previous Philips toothbrush that broke down (that should've been a clue as to how poorly made these toothbrushes are). I still had some toothbrush heads left so bought another Philips. Big mistake.

    Sonicare 4100
I liked my sonic are 4100 but thought it was loud. I received this as a Christmas present 2021 and put up with the noise. After 6 months of use I've noticed it started not working right and it pauses on and off even after charging and is getting worse. I tried calling the number provided but was hung up on or waited on hold with music for 10 minutes and got disconnected again. I tried to go on line with the chat but it was very confusing and didn't get to far with the chat. Getting pretty frustrated at this point.

    Sonic Care. I love it.
my dentist told me to use an anti-plaque mouthwash, which i did, and i decided to look for a toothbrush that would help. i had been using a waterpik sonic fusion that i like, but this sonic care 4100 says it reduces plaque by 7x over a manual toothbrush, so i decided to try it. it's great. my teeth feel cleaner than ever. the quad timer works well and the brushing is gentle and thorough.

    Great toothbrush
This brush is best when used with the Phillips heads that have soft plastic around the edging of the brush head, which apparently is found only in the Phillips brush replacement heads. Once you use that brush head, this is a fabulous toothbrush where hard plastic is not hitting your teeth.

    Good entry level brush
Good entry level brush. The only difference between the more expensive one and this is some obscure features which are not really necessary. The brush heads are expensive to replace but generic ones are surely cheaper.

    Good quality
I'm happy with this item. The smaller head allows for better cleaning of back teeth, and the reminder beeps to move to next section of the mouth are helpful.

    Not great for tooth sensitivity
I have very sensitive gums and teeth, and I find the vibration is too intense and was making my tooth sensitivity worse. Also, it's very hard not to spray toothpaste everywhere. I'm not sure I'll keep using this.

    Soft teeth brush
Got it for around 2 weeks. The brush is very soft. I don‘t feel it hard or hurt on my sensitive teeth. Still learning and trying to use it correctly and effectively. I have total confidence in Phillips products. Hope my teeth get 7x cleaner and reduce teeth cleaning time in dental clinic.

    Great toothbrush
I had purchased another brand. It pales in the ability to clean my teeth verses the Phillips sonic care. I wish the replacement heads weren't so expensive.
