    Very tasty BUT...
    This is a great product. The salmon is very tasty. The only down side is the back bone disks are left in the fish. The can description does say that the bones of the fish are in edible. I never noticed any of the other bones in the fish. I think the canning process makes them dissolve. If you bite into the back bone disk it crush's like a hollow calcium pill. I find this very unpleasant. I am sure if they removed the back bone before canning this can of fish would cost twice as much. It is very easy to spot these disks and pull them out with a fork. It is also easy to detect them before you crunch down on them. I just spit them out like a sunflower seed. The meat and the juice are delicious!
