EXCELLENT DEL TIME, ALL PARTS INCLUDED,ASSEMBLY VERY EASY ALL HOLDS MATCHED UP. THE SPREADER IS EVERY THING YOU WOULD EXPECT. FINE PRODUCT.

Not worth the money!
Horrible instructions! 4 languages not separated stapled together! Hooper for holding material has bad shape. Need twice the product since doesn't flow to center! Application chart that corresponds to controls is way off so going to have to redo entire process! Spending more on product!

    Makes Lawn Care Easy
    I finished spreading a pre-emerge on 1.5 acres in less than 1/3 of the time it took using a push spreader. I'm a happy dude!

    Not top quality
    Control for rate of application broke upon first use. Contacted mfg. as suggested on instructions and got a replacement part. Hope it lasts longer than first one

    shows little care in design
    The hopper doesn't slope toward the feed hole so it leaves 5 to 10 pounds of fertilizer or seed in the hopper. It starts slowing down on the amount that's being spread at around 20 lbs left in the hopper. Simply sloping all sides to the feed would have made this a good spreader. Also the control for the feed can't be reached from a zero turn mower.

    Nice value for the money if Assembled correctly!
    This Precision 100 lb tow behind spreader is a good one. The directions are horrible even though the unit is about 70% pre assembled. I had to relocate the two holes that are on the tow so that the control assembly cable would reach properly. Also, the plastic pin that holds the cable that opens the presentation openings needed to be solidly glued to the inside and at the bottom of the spreader. If you don't do this you will lose the pin shaft and the lose complete control of the spreading application. I found mine loose at the bottom of the spreader. It looks like a little black screw but its flat and keeps the control assembly of the hole openings in place. Not engineered properly! But, all that being said, the spreader is a fine one and much better that the old one I had. A good value when properly set up!

    Great value for a great piece of equipment!
    Arrived in a timely manner. Packaged very well, although the small zip lock bag of bolts, nuts, etc. was open, and a few of the required parts were missing. I think they worked out the bottom flaps of the shipping carton during transit. Went to the local hardware and obtained replacement parts for under ($4.00). Put the spreader together in aproximately (15) minutes, and began using it right away. Booklet contained very clear instructions on the proper settings to obtain various amounts of coverage from grass seeds to fertilizers, etc. Trails very nicely behind my lawn tractor, and showed no tendancy to hop around or tip over. Very smooth operation. Definitely a good product for a good price!
