Won't stay lit and too many wires
The heater works very good like the ones I've had previously. The older models were more user friendly though. At this point, there's so many wires and safety features on these things it's ridiculous! I haven't had this one but a month. It won't stay lit. I can hold that button in forever. All the safety wires here and there cause more opportunity for failure. The wires fall out or are not connecting, which I fixed. It still won't stay on. I'm back to using my old one. And no warranty now.

    good heater that never xame
    the heater is great. but i ordered 2, recieved only 1 . took many months to get my refund. winters over, had to cancel the second heater and buy elsewhere quickly.

    All around dissatisfied
    From the first time I tried it - one of the lamps would not light. My daughter has the same item - both lamps will light but one needs frequent re-lighting. It is also not a good item to use near children. The cover over the lamps allows access to the heated surface and it tips over easily. I wanted to return it but no returns allowed after 30 days.

    Good heat but hard to light
    Flimsy compared to other similar products I own. Hard to light. Heats well. Bought this one since the other model I have and/or use from Harbor Freight was not available. I said no to the question - would you recommend this to others? It works OK but, given a choice I recommend the One Stop Garden Model from Harbor Freight. Its about the same price, but much sturdier and lights easily.

    BROKE AFTER 2 WEEKS !!!!
    One side quit working after 2 weeks. I cannot return because I am 2 days past my 30 day return. Don't waste your money like I did!!

    Stay Away
    Poor package allowed 7nit to shake apart and strip out screws, replaced and worked. After 3 use, will run for 30 minutes and shuts off. Starting process takes about 20 minutes of holding in starter button to start. Better quality units out there.

    Only one of two units worked
    I bought two of the tank-top propane heaters. One works great but the second one does not. Even after two minutes of holding in the pilot light to heat the temp sensor (30 seconds is normal time), the heater will not stay lit. I notified the manufacturer of this issue but have had no response.

    Works great
    It definitely puts out the heat! Have a large deer stand and this works great. *IF* you use this at night while hog hunting be aware it does put out a large red glow. During the day, it's great.
