Don't let poor reviews scare you away
I was concerned about my purchase because of reviews. But I'm very happy with it. Not hard to assemble, not hard to adjust, doesn't feel like it's going to break. You have to have common sense hold down ifit button 15 seconds to bypass set up and registration with ifit reinforce walking deck if you don't like the bounce when running. 140lbs no issues. It's not for the professional athlete but it's great for weight loss and general purpose exercise. Especially for women and up to 220lb men

You get what you pay for !
This treadmill needed to be fully assembled, nothing was attached , and some screws and bolts didn’t fit. Once assembled , its very weak. The board is made of plywood Although, I’m well under the weight capacity, the walking board feels like is going to crack. I am afraid to run on it , I will only use it for walking

    Disappointed
First, I am pleased with the customer service I received from the lady that helped me with Proform. She was very nice and did everything she could to help me. With that said, I purchased this treadmill from my local walmart in April 2021. I've used it about twice a week since that purchase for a fast pace walk at 3 mph for 45 mins to an hour each time. I purhcased this treadmill believing Proform honored their 2 year warranty that was advertised on their website when I was researching what treadmill would be best for me. I discovered today after the treadmill stopped working that they only honor the 2 year warranty purchased from other locations (i.e. best buy, costco, etc) but not from walmart. They only honor a 90 day rerurn warranty when purchased through walmart and a 1 year motor. The motherboard went out which is $200 after tax and shipping. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this treadmill. My last Weslo lasted almost 10 years and this one only lasted me 7-8 months. I am no where near the max weight, I didn't jog or run on it, I only walked at 3 mph for maybe an hour twice a week (some weeks missed). This treadmill was around $340 after tax, I should have gotten a little more life out of it. Very disappointing

    Low impact treadmill
For what I need, this will do the job. It's not a high impact treadmill at all. But it's perfect for delicate knees and gets you moving at a decent pace for exercise and weightloss and movement. I wouldn't run on it. You can override the iFit program by pressing onto the iFit emblem for 15 seconds to start machine. It's VERY difficult to assemble but worth the price for what I was looking for. It's not the highest quality either. Running platform is made from a thick strong piece of wood, which is good for flexibility but not good for high impact exercise and no incline w this machine. But if you're looking for something totally basic to get moving and get some activity, than this will do it for you.

    Great deal for the price!
I have been using this treadmill for two weeks now. Its a great deal for the price and I love the ifit feature. I read the reviews about the belt shifting and the noise so I was a bit hesitant but decided to purchase anyway. To help reduce the noise I bought a treadmill mat and it has helped. In regards to the belt shifting please keep in mind the weight capacity is 275LB and if you are over the weight capacity the belt will shift. To properly adjust the belt just watch the video and it will help. I have not had any issues with the belt shifting and I run on a daily basis on this treadmill. I love this machine and my entire family is now motivated to work out.

    Worth the penny!!
I love this treadmill! It took us a little bit of time to set up but I absolutely love the folding feature and the hiking settings. I also really liked the I fit feature. I have a hard time pushing myself to continue with workouts once I get tired, but the pre-programmed workouts make me feel some accountability to complete them! This is a great treadmill and program for someone looking for something compact and straightforward that won't break the bank! The screen and desk area is perfect for holding a phone or tablet if you like running while watching shows as well. This treadmill was given to me at a reduced cost for my honest and unbiased review.

    Heads up
It feels very flimsy walking on it. It's a pain in the butt to put together. Would not buy this again ever.

    Save your money!
My husband surprised me with this treadmill. He spent about 3.5 hours putting it together even though some of the wood was already banged up and looking rough. The belt is too loose even though we tightened as well as we could, the actual walking area bounces because it’s flimsy wood, it skips, and it makes a horrible grinding/struggling sound when in uee. We were able to bypass the subscription they try to make you pay for by finding a tutorial online. I would NEVER pay more to use this junk. We’ve had it about a week but we’ll be returning it. After reading reviews it’s pretty evident it’s a junky treadmill. You do get what you pay for, but even for $300 it shouldn’t be this bad. You’ll see in my pictures we attempted to add more support to keep the wood from bouncing as well as the misaligned belt that will not center.

    Worth the money!
For the price , this is well worth your money! It gets the job done and has saved my sanity for these “stay at home“ days ! It is compact enough that it will also work in a small space. It is also very forgiving on the joints because of the flexible deck! It does steal a bit of your speed, but it springs back, so it doesn't feel like it's sapping your power. The smart feature was a breeze to connect. All you have to do is install the app and pair your phone to your treadmill, then you have a library of workouts to choose from and your treadmill adjusts accordingly (workout plays on phone screen). However, I do not like that if you have to manually adjust the intensity of the workout , the treadmill stops Mimicking the workout you were following . It is also not the sturdiest of treadmills and I wouldn't recommend putting your weight on the side arms and doing dips if that's your thing! Otherwise , it is simple, effective, easy to use , and gets the job done! I was given this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

For the average person, it's great.
For the average person who just wants to use a treadmill to walk or run this is a great option for a great price. There are 10 speeds (up to 10 mph) and it is simple to use. The size really surprised me because it is pretty short and not very wide for a treadmill so it's great for small spaces. It does NOT have an option for walking on an incline. I'm a mom and just needed a place to walk in the winter months when I can't get outside. It's been great for that. I ve also had knee injuries and pain in the past so I usually go for an elliptical but because of how springy this treadmill is, my knees haven t hurt like they do after using some bulkier treadmills. The treadmill is compatible with the iFit program. It is a pretty cool option and keeps the workout interesting if nothing else, but also gives you a goal of when to stop. You just connect a phone or iPad and you can choose from lots of different hikes which a trainer leads you through. The speed follows that of the trainers in the video. You do have to pay for the iFit program which if you re pretty motivated to walk on your own, I'd say for you it's not worth the money. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
