The picture is very deceiving and you have to break your neck to look up and watch the screen on your tablet. I have a 12 pro max tablet so its huge. But the fact if you have a bad neck issue which I do you cannot do that as it is very painful. My Dad is a disabled Navy Seal and cannot use this bike at all!! I wanted my money back and because I did not open the box up until recently due to the fact I am having remodeling done to my home, they said no. I have left many messages with the company its self and to no avail I have received no calls as of yet. Horrible customer service. If I could give a zero I would!!jahenea

I feel it cycles through the info quickly, and gives you a good read out of what's happening. Shows not only current calories burned, but how many calories you will burn in an hour at your current rate. It also gives you a reading on how many minutes it will take to go a mile. Negatives - Literally everything else. This is my 4th recumbent bike that I've owned, as well as the many I've ridden in gyms, and this is by FAR the most uncomfortable bike I've ever been on. The angle of the back seat is so close and high that you're back begins to ACHE after only about 20 minutes. I'm only on day 3 of using this and I'm literally dreading every moment. Also, the bike is already starting to make noises that other bikes I've owned for multiple years started making before they were about to break. Also, yes, they do have a spot to mount your phone or tablet, but it's at the very top of an extremely tall display, so in addition to the back-rest being to steep, you also have to crane your neck up to look at it. They also want you to sign up to their crappy iFit Program to start the bike, which is minimally $15.00 a month. look online to see how to easily get around this, but you should avoid this bike altogether. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BIKE, AND WISH I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT.Edward

But I was wrong started to use it day after and after being on it for 15 mins my Butt Docks started aching and had to stop. Seat doesn't have enough padding for support i only weight 165 lbs my wife only weights 130 lbs and she also complained about it. Humm thinking about taking it back to the store and doing some searching else where. About 1" of foam isn't enough for anyone to seat more than 15 minutes and ride this cycle.Widowmwker4

It took me about 30 minutes total to have it completely assembled and activated. Adjustment is simple and it took me time to see where I liked the seat. The fact that it's a recumbent bike makes it so much easier on my back. My first few workouts were without the IFIT personal training. I'm not used to having anything but earbuds while I'm on a bike. The shelf was nice to set my phone on and it provides an even better place for my tablet. This allows me to catch up on my television and makes the time fly by. It's also great for the kids. They aren't as active during the winter months and while I assumed it would be strictly me using it, they've been loving it. The IFIT personal training is something that's going to take me time to adapt to but I appreciate that there is a free trial included. My hubby was able to put it together on his own and it took about an hour for him to do. The key things I love about it is that it has an adjustable seat - we have 5 different heights in our house so this is a key feature for us as well as adjustable straps on the pedals. It is very quiet as well. I like that I can put my tablet on the built in holder and stream a favorite show while I am working out or listen to my music. You can use the bike with or without magnetic resistance, depending on your needs and it can be adjusted based on your workout level. Our oldest son has been using this bike as part of his PT routine at home to help his recovery. We all love bike riding and this is another way for us to stay active and healthy even with the winter months upon us. It comes with a 30 day iFit membership which is also very cool - you can literally workout anywhere in the world! I was given this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.Stephanie

I am able to get my workout in while my toddler takes his nap and this makes it my favorite because you do not want to wake the kid. I have a small place and I like that it doea not take up tons of space in the house. It came with all the parts needed and a few extra screws in case you lost some. The bike itself is extremely sturdy and does not wobble when you pedal. For someone with back issues this bike would be perfect. It helps support your lower back while pedaling. It is compact enough to fit in a smaller space as you can see from the photos. The screen is easy to use and there is a spot for a tablet or phone. There is also a drink holder that sits in front of you, at arms length.
