Fabulous solid piece for the price.
This is fabulous! Nice size, although it measures at 43" H and not 47"H as advertised. I too have some gaps, not sure how to tighten the frame to avoid that, but it's not that noticeable unless you look. I might go back and redo it if it bothers me too much. I took note of the other reviews and had a drill bit ready, but I just used it to widen the holes for the small screws. There were numerous small holes that I didn't need. But I did need to drill holes for the two brackets that hold the firebox in. Instructions were really clear and if I could have moved my 53-year-old body easier on the floor, I probably could have put it together in 30 mins. It looks gorgeous! I purchased it for $308.00 plus tax and it was well worth it. I can always distress it later or add some faux stone or stain if I feel like it, but for now it really suits my bedroom and the ambience is terrific! I haven't tried the heat yet. I feel like the issues were limited and will not affect my enjoyment. I would purchase it again. And I would make sure not to tighten anything before it was all together (before the firebox goes in, though as that gets in the way).

This is a very nice fireplace. After I finished my assembly I found that top right corner is damaged. Very sad :(

    Amazing quality....hard work
    I took me a few hours to pit this together. Easy but some holes weren't pre drilled so I have to go in and do some touch ups. It did arrive damaged in one spot. Is it worth the price tag....yes but will you have to put some elbow grease in too...yes.

    Absolutely great buy
    I love this fireplace. Perfect size, very easy to assemble. Me and my boyfriend put it together in less then a hour. The package was very well packed. it was chipped. However the chip was in the back of the fireplace so it is not noticeable. I can't say it was from delivery driver because how the fireplace is packed it is hard to damage. I believe the manufacturer company chipped the back and still shipped it off. The instructions was very simple and on point. I would definitely purchase again if I need too. The fireplace light and heat works really well.

    Expensive looking
    Overall the fireplace is amazing for the price, the reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the screws that came with it are useless and kept breaking and we had to go to the hardware store to get proper screws. If you can get over that this fireplace is very nice. The flames are not the realest looking but it does not bother me, love the remote and putting it together took about an hour with two people. Honestly it looks like I paid 900 for it.

    This is a great deal . The only downfall is like everyone else says , the small screws. So you will need your own . The ones that come with it are worthless . Other then that this is a great fireplace . It stands 43 inches tall . Comes with a remote and a great deal !

    Came with so many dents and imperfections…
    Ok so, it was easy to assemble, for us, two people. But came with so many dents and imperfections. I didn't want to return it so we made it work, plus we leave in a rural area far from most of the things, and it was gonna be a hassle to return. Look at pictures. Final product is good, if you don't see it up close for long.

    Easy Assembly Smaller Than It Looks in Online Pics
    Beautiful piece, however much smaller than it looks and this was the largest in measurements that we found after much research. We built a hearth to make it look more “grand.” Heat is nice but you need to be directly in front of the fireplace to feel it. Sitting on the sofa, it doesn't do much. Easy to assemble- my 11 year old daughter did it all.

    I originally gave this fireplace a 1 star review, because despite fast shipping our hardware had been forgotten. However, my husband was able to contact the company the next business day and they were very kind and apologetic. This business was quick to get our hardware to us with priority shipping. Some of the screws in this hardware are not of good quality and kept breaking in half! Luckily we had the perfect size screws of our own that we were able to replace them with. Hardware could have been better, but at the end of the day the initial mistake had been quickly fixed and the fireplace is up! It heats up quickly and looks great for the price.

    Overall happy with my purchase for the price
    It is pretty heavy, would need help bringing it inside, taller than I expected which is nice, very pretty, came packaged well, were a few minor dings but nothing I can't live with, it took a couple hours to put together with my handy nephew helping, had all the parts, only complaint is the included screws are junk, if they were better quality, would have went together easier, ended up using different screws for some parts that I thankfully had laying around. Instructions were ok, could be better.
