I use a foam roller at the gym, but it's the longer one. This is a great foam roller especially if you're under 5'4”. It also doesn't take up a lot of room, so if you have limited space, this foam roller is perfect. It's very firm, with no give, but that was exactly what I wanted. I'm highly satisfied!!!!

Works Like a Charm
This is such a great resource for achy muscles and knots. It was great for my legs and arms. I am 5'2 and felt like it was a tad big for me to use on my back. I kept rolling off. My husband is 6'2 and he had no trouble at all with using it for his back and shoulders. He said it felt great and he's been using it after every workout. I think I'll get a smaller version to use for me. It does work well and can give some muscle relief if you don't have someone to rub out your knots for you.

    Hands on Deep tissue Massage
    Firm, smooth and does the work. It is large enough to stretch your arms. I have noticed significant improvements in my posture and back ache ever since I started using this daily. Use it pre work out to losses up the body and post wort out to ease sore muscles.

    I love the ProSource High Density Speckled Black Foam Roller 12u201D,18u201D,24u201D,36u201D for Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Massage, and Muscle Therapy. After working out this foam roller really helps my sore muscles. It helps relieve muscle cramps and tightness of leg, calf muscles and any area of the body needing a message. It is easy to use and easy to clean. In addition to using it to massage muscle the roller can be used as part of your workout.for core strength training. I would definitely would recommend this product to others.

    I have always been a fan of self healing. This foam roller is super sturdy. I am a big girl and sometimes have issues with items supporting my weight. I have no issue with this product. It is some of the most durable foam that I have used. It really works out the kinks in your muscles and is great for Myofascial Release and just rolling out you muscles in general. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with muscle pain or that works out a lot and needs to "get the kinks out".

    Absolutely works great for muscle relaxation!
    I was so impressed with how well the ProSource High Density Foam rollers for myofascial Release, Trigger Point Massage, and Muscle Therapy. With the first use i imediatly felt better. My back and neck felt much more relaxed for tue next few days even. I suffer from cronic pain due to shoulder and neck injuries. I have desperately search for a a ljng lasting muscle relaxation device. The foam rollers workwd better for me than deep heat ora t.e.n.s. unit. I am so happy to have found the product. I use it everyday and it works great for relaxing soar, and tight muscles. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

    Nice design
    I was so excited to be able.to use this product! It is strong and durable. I like the colors and it's a nice addition to my stress relief.it really helps loosen my back up. I would love to get them in different sizes.
