Feeling good and energized
I tried this cleanse recently because I wanted to start losing weight and wanted a kickstart with that process. This cleanse was fantastic. I felt so good and energized throughout. Would definitely recommend.

caution for some, most will probably be fine!
If you have any underlying conditions please be cautious... here it is 3am on day 3(moved up to two pills tonight) and I cant sleep bc my temples are tingling, my jaw and hands are clenched and Im on the verge of a panic attack... Im on pain medication so maybe something isn't mixing... it was working great until I upped the dose

    This works mild to no discomfort once it kicks in
    I waited a week after receiving this product to review it and I'm pleased. I've seen a big change in my bowl movements and in my lower tummy. After every meal I end up in the restroom and that's fine with me. I don't get uncomfortable cramps as I have with other products. I personally didn't feel comfortable taking this product before bed as suggested. I take it in the morning because I rather be in and out the restroom during the day rather than the middle of the night. You are going to notice when the pills are starting to take affect but as I said in my case it wasn't a unbearable amount of discomfort.

    Works well
    I was going to take as a cleanse but decided to just use as a remedy when i feel stopped up. One pill at night and the next morning after my coffee everything is moving again. Does not upset my stomach or give me cramps or diarrhea so gentle and not worried about surprise accidents later in the day either.

    Okay, this stuff works! It doesn't take a few days to kick in it takes a few hours then your colon is cleansing BIG TIME. You take it at night and by morning you're in the restroom! I highly recommend if you need to clean your gut out really good.

    This is very efficient if you have any bowel movement issue, it definitely helps going to the bathroom. So the cleansing part is merely that and nothing else. It's basically a good laxative.

    Paired this with clean eating and it is working wonderfully for my body. Decreases bloat, suppresses my appetite, and detoxes my body. This does have probiotic in it so it will make you use the bathroom more than once per day. Take as directed and kick start your health journey with this!

    I would try again
    I just completed the 7 day cleanse and weighed myself for the first time in a week and lost 9lbs. I combined the cleanse with clean eating and daily walks which is something I haven't done prior to doing this cleanse. I didn't use the bathroom as much as people were ranting about in other reviews that I read but I say 9lbs is a lot to lose in a week so I have it a good rating.
