I have 6 cats. All of them rescued in one way or another. 3 of them ate the same exact food for the first 4 years of their lives. the other 3 ate since I aquired them. All of sudden none of them would eat it. Wasn't just one bag. I had several and they wouldn't eat it. One of them got sick. So began the hunt to find something they would all l eat. I bought some very expensive brands of the same indoor type formulas and they would barely touch it. I decided to take a chance and bought this. Boom they all like it. This makes me happy. Its hard enough to find a food that one cat likes let alone 6.

Made my cat sick
This caused my cat to puke, have diarrhea, a fever and then start pulling out his hair. He was sick for 4 days!

    Bag of dry cat food delivered with stickers on it to ship by....NO box at all....could have ripped, gotten wet, or been contaminated in transit.

    Different color than last bag
    I ordered online since none of my stores within a 60 mile radius have it in stock. It arrived within a few days and was packaged nicely. However, the food is a different color than the last bag, it's more muted in color. That's kinda weird to me.

    Overall, good experience minus delivery issues.
    This is the only cat food all my cats will eat, so very happy to be able to order it on line. This particular order was for my mother, who recently lost her husband and is struggling a bit- so I got it for her to help out as she takes in a lot of animals. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that it was delivered the day Hurricane Ian was rolling in and when it was delivered, it was not in a box and the driver left the bags on her deck INSTEAD OF putting the bags under her covered porch area... and she was not home for 2 hours after delivery; with outside cats around. Luckily there was no hole in the bags and they were water resistant to a point, but still.
