Creme De Le Creme cotton tips
These q-tip cotton swabs are the best of the best or the creme de le creme! My ears have never been so cleaner in my entire life. And best of all I can hear what my wife is saying now!

Damaged Package Because of Delivery Driver
The delivery driver tossed my package at my porch from my garage instead of setting it nicely on the porch. I have a doorbell camera so I watched him do it. It broke the outside plastic on item. Luckily, it was only Q-tips and I can live with the broken packaging. If it had been a gift or any other household item, I would have been very angry!

    I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. When I used them, I found that one of the swabs had earwax on it and that most of the swabs were unclean. This was very gross and unsanitary, especially considering that these are hygiene products. When I contacted Walmart's customer service about the issue, they only offered me an apology and did not provide any compensation or resolution for the problem. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the lack of response from customer service.

    Qtips are not the same as usual
    Ordered the qtip brand 500 count. Either qtip has started to cut corners on their manufacture process, or i got a bad batch. The cotton falls off when you clean your ears, leaving only the stick and they feel super thin also. Do we have another one who fell into the greed category?

    An Unbelievable product (item) to me
    When I received my offer of Q-tips, it was broken and opened, the cotton swabs looked old and some were dirty!? Don't know why you delivered an item like that to me???

    Charged for OTC Insurance items
    Just like this. at first when i ordered these along with everything else it wanted another form of payment. was required. why on earth would i have to order 1 package of qtips if i wanted four. so this is part of an order that i tried ordering several items together, it would not accept my order unless i added another form of payment , which i refuse to do. yet i can order them by themselves and no other form of payment is needed. but if i order them like this , i get charged for shipping. totally wrong on every level. Please reimburse all of these rediculous shipping charges. as previously stated. the one order that i placed last week all items came on different days and at differnt times. you should not be allowed to bill medicaid for shipping period and take money away fron me for items i need. i dont or should not have to pay your drivers. they are not my responsibility to pay. GET IT TOGETHER

    Walmart packer packed damaged goods to ship to me.
    I received the box in great condition, however inside the box the item was torn. It was the line item in the box except for bubble wrap and so the only way for it to be in that condition was if it was placed there by the packer. A box packer dropped a damaged box of Q-Tips into a box and shipped it to my house….thanks!

    The Change IS Awful!
    My mother used this on me and my siblings and I've used them on my children and my oldest is 40 years old. Well recently the W-tips have less cotton on them and some don't have any which really hurts the ear. So now I have to inspect them all before using. And with less cotton on them it can still hurt. I feel it doesn't clean nearly as well anymore. So in all these decades of trusting this product I am highly disappointed in the poor quality. I'm guessing whoever made this change has never used this product. I will be searching for a replacement product which I am not at all happy about doing but I am tired and stressed about my ears hurting. Less is not best. I wonder how many others are hurting their ears and worse their children's ears. Shame on you for making an inferior product. What a disappointment.
