Perfect for a quick kitchen refresh
We bought a house with an outdated kitchen but redoing it completely just wasn't in the budget. We used this Rust-Oleum Cabinet Transformation Kit to paint our cabinets white instead of light brown wood. It was so easy to do and my kitchen looks 1000 times better!

    What a great product!

    Great Product!
    Rust-Oleum makes great products! This one will not disappoint. I used it to redo my office desk and filing cabinet. It was very easy to use but you have to take your time to get the best results. I've used many other products for refinishing and I like this one so much better! I definitely would recommend!

    This Rust-oleum Cabinet Transformations kit made my bathroom cabinets so much nicer! I had ugly old oak cabinetry in my bathroom and have been wanting to update it for a long time now. I thought I would have to buy a whole new base and sink but decided to try this first. It was so easy to use and completely transformed the look of my bathroom! It comes to with 2 sets of the kits but I only had to use 1. It had absolutely everything you would need - a degreaser, a base coat and a protective top coat. I got a pure white kit as I wanted a white bathroom, but the paint is tintable if you wanted to add color. The consistency was perfect and glided on with ease and no brush strokes left behind! The protective top coat really added a durability that I don't think even my kids could break through. The base coat bonded so well and I didn't even have to sand down my cabinets beforehand. Awesome kit and can't wait to do more of the cabinets in my house now too!

    I got this paint a month ago to repaint some cabinets, and I am completely blown away by the quality and the coverage of the paint. I am definitely not a oro when it comes to painting, but I followed the simple directions and it looks phenomenal!

    If you have realistic expectation for this product, you will be pleased. If you think this will give you brand new cabinets though, you'll be disappointed. I am not great at painting or being handy and I think I did alright with this. I chose to do my bathroom because I wasn't sure there was enough product for my kitchen. The pictures aren't worth posting but also this was my first time using it and I learned a few lessons.

    Transformed Old Outdated Cabinets Into Greatness!
    Our kitchen cabinets were the most outdated! I wanted to try and see if this helped. I am in the middle of the paint job still, but we decided to do it ourselves and not hire a professional. So, it is going slower because of lack of time only, but that is not an issue with the paint at all. Plus, if you go by the directions and do some research on things you can make it look like a professional! Our cabinets are starting to look like new and more modern again. I absolutely recommend this product. Our old dirty looking orange-like wood cabinets are now white and more presentable. It is like they had a whole new make over. I just need to do the counter tops now using something else, but am sure I can find the materials to finish off this very much worth it job. My kitchen is going to look unrecognizably fantastic when visitors come over. I feel like I want to scream this from the rooftops about how much I love this product and how it saved me much more money by not hiring a painter. I used a sponge brush and didn't eliminate using the top coat either. I went with my gut instincts and used the product as I thought was most specified for my older cabinets. We are still in the process of finishing but so far where I tested things they look fabulous! If you are still not sure of it, do a test on a smaller area where it won't be seen a lot. You can also bring to the store and have them tint the color to a different shade for you if desired. The KRUD KUTTER which was included is a handy product to clean and degrease the surfaces of the cabinets, I used it several times as well to have a fresh clean workable area every time.

    Wow, what a difference this made!
    I am blown away with the before and after look of my cabinets after using the Rust-Oleum Cabinet Transformation Kit. My cabinets were a dingy looking hello wish tan color before. The pure white Rust-Oleum made a huge difference. They look brand new now. This was so easy to apply and the pain went on nice and smooth. I did have to apply a few coats to get a complete cover however the directions do say it will take a couple of coats of the paint. I let it dry for a few hours before applying the clear top coat. This kit also comes with a bottle of degreaser that I used on my cabinets before applying the paint. The degreaser took all the grease off with such ease. I am super happy with how it all turned out and I would definitely recommend this kit!
