Waste of money!!
Bought this for my sons birthday. He looked to be good quality and he loved that it was camo. However, 2 months after getting it the stitching started coming apart and now 9mths later it looks horrible!!! Tried getting another through replacement and was denied. Do NOT waste your money!!

    THIS IS THE BIGGEST LIE THEY PUT ON THE SITE
    "CUSTOMER GUARANTEE We want all of our customers to feel ready to take on the day from the comfort of our chairs. We guarantee you will love this ergonomic office chair. But if you're not satisfied with this gaming chair, please get in touch with us." I bought this chair less than 5 months and the right arm rest snapped. I tried contacting Factory Direct Wholesales, LLC who told me that they only offer a 90 days warranty and there's nothing they can do to assist me. If you are an average adult, stay away from this piece of crap.

    Massager??
    easy to put together, very sturdy and comfortable. I did not know it was supposed to massage too... so when I seen it in the instructions I was excited. then quickly found out that it will only massage my left but cheek... kind of a let down. other then that great chair!!!

    BRAND NEW CHAIR (34DAYS OLD) ARMREST BREAKS!! SMH!
    I PURCHASED THIS CHAIR AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SON IN DEC. OF 2020. MY HUSBAND AND I LIKED THE STYLE AND COST OF THIS RACING, ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED CHAIR. YET AFTER ONE WEEK OF USE, A SMALL HAIRLINE CRACK DEVELOPED ON THE ARMREST. MY SON BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION BUT IT AS SMALL AND WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OK. THE NEXT DAY I WAS ONLINE WORKING AND I HEARD MY SON YELL! HE HAD ALMOST FELL OFF THE BACK OF THE CHAIR HE WAS LEANING ON WHILE DOING HIS CLASSWORK; THE ARMREST HAD BROKEN COMPLETELY IN HALF. THIS CHAIR IS ONLY ONE MONTH OLD AND HAS PROBABLY BEEN USED 5 TIMES, MY SON DOES NOT LIVE FULL TIME WITH ME AND ATTENDS COLLEGE WHICH HAS NOT RETURNED TO ITS ONLINE CLASSES UNTIL JANUARY 19, 2021. TODAY IS JANUARY 24, 2021 SO YOU CAN ASCERTAIN, THE CHAIR HAS NOT HAD A LOT OF CONSTANT USE. I HOPE THE COMPANY, FACTORY DIRECT WHOLESALERS,LLC, STANDS BY ITS PRODUCT AND DOES NOT GIVE MY FAMILY ANY GRIEF ABOUT ITS RETURN.

    DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!
    The seller of this chair warrants it for 90 days. After that you are on your own. Just like all of the others who have posted the same review, one of the arms on my chair broke last week. It doesn't matter that this is obviously a mfgr defect. They do not stand behind their product.

    nails in the arm rest
    Arm handle padding has nails. When you rest your arm on the handle nails in the arm handle padding hurts. Also seating pillow is not sufficient. Chair not very comfortable. I purchased from walmart.com. When contacted seller with nails problem, seller never responded .

    Buyer beware - plastic armrest may fail.
    Was a decent chair for the price, until just after the 90 day warranty expired, the armrest cracked. Thankfully I paid for the 2 year coverage otherwise I would have been out the full $90. Buyer beware on this chair. Bought it for a work from home environment, and it may not be constructed for 40 hours a week type of use.
