Great addition to my setup
Loved this purchase, Great keyboard overall, fun customizations, smooth tactile clicks. gaming with this keyboard is easy and straightforward. I don't think ill be able to go back to another keyboard after this one. Highly recommend.

Doesn't Work
My keyboard refuses to light up. I think the lights in it are broken. It types, but no lights.

    Good Keyboard, Misleading Picture
    This is in fact the Razer Blackwidow Mercury edition, as titled. However, the picture on display is the Razer Blackwidow x Chroma Mercury edition. This is somewhat misleading and I unfortunately mistook it for the xChroma edition. I'm still happy that I got a quality product, that is in pristine condition.

    Item received NOT as pictured
    The item I received was not the same one in the item photos. The keyboard I received has keys that are not raised above the backplate, which is what is pictured in the photo. It is indeed the Razer BlackWidow Mercury Edition, but it must be an older version/different model to whatever is pictured on this item's listing. I have attached a photo of the main difference (which is the keys not being raised from the backplate, which makes keeping your keyboard clean MUCH more difficult). It does have the green Razer switches, at least, so if you don't mind your keys not being raised then you should go ahead and order this. It worked fine, though it arrived with a couple of keys not attached properly - nothing a quick push back into place couldn't fix. Overall - this is not what I was expecting to order, but it fits the text description, not the photo description of the item.

    Complete waste of my time. Doesn't work.
    Doesn't work new out of the box. Keys stick and 75% of the lights don't even work. Can't even type in my windows password because the keys are stuck on. Went through each key trying to find the stuck one but no luck. Glad I bought the 3 year warranty.. Just wish I got at least a year out of it.. Now I get to go wait in line at Walmart and waste more time than I already did waiting for it to get here. Clicked "Send me Return Labels" but they don't even mail them, you have to print them out. What a huge inconvenience.

    Love it
    It's a little clickier than I had in mind, but I'm starting to kind of love the sound. It's exactly like an old typewriter. Color customization is so easy to use, and it comes with presets for certain games even. Over all best value for the money. I couldn't be more pleased.

    Colorful and Tactile Experience

    stopped working
    got this item for Christmas as a gift and it just shorted out on me after 8 days and when I asked razor about it they told me they can't do a ything without a receipt. so it is just a broken peice of junk
