Great gift for granddaughter
8 year old granddaughter loved this for her birthday. I watch her going up and down the street on it. The kids really like these. Glad I purchased it.

Broke after only 4 months
It started having problems after 4 months. Only one side would work. We tried to recalibrate it but that didn't work. My son loved this hoverboard so it was an extreme disappointment to him.

    Never worked
    Item never worked. Got it for my son for his birthday. Opened the box and charged per instructions. Showed item was charging, but would never run.

    Stinks!!
    We love the board. However, I don't know if these are stored in a smokeshop!! Opening the box was like dumping wet ash trays in the house. It stunk up the whole room. Need to fix that!

    Bummer
    Worked on Christmas Day was broken the next day. Such a bummer. We love razor products and was highly disappointed that the Hoover board shorted out and stopped working.

    missing charger
    charger not included ? instructions say that there is a chrager included but there isnt one in the box. Razor website says they are closed until January 4th....

    Bad design
    Watch the charger, it has a design flaw. The end that goes in the unit is tiny compared to the part attache and can snap off if bumped while charging. 90 day warranty, costs $20 for a new one plus the wait.

    Great birthday present!
    Great hoverboard - my 9yr old loves it! However the first one we bought had a crack in the plastic and we had to return it. Took it back to the store - very easy return process! Ordered another one and it's perfect so far!!!

    Defective buyer be wear!
    Do not buy! Nice but I think I got a defective one. May son was riding and all of a sudden it shut off and threw him off, face forward! If he wasn't in full protective gear he would have gotten hurt bad.
