Had it about a week. Battery lasts longer than I expected, although I did not time the actual usage because it would depend on who rides it and their weight. Grandkids love it as well as their parents. I'm considering buying a second one.

9 year old got one ride out of it. We charged the battery initially for the recommended 12 hours and he rode it for a little less than an hour and we charged the battery again overnight. The next day, the throttle would just click. We already recycled the box and we are having the worst time trying to return. We purchased the three year protection plan, but when we tried to do that, the protection plan says that it is covered under the manufacturer. Went to return to the Walmart store, but we don't have the box and the customer service people tell us that because it was on online purchase they cannot take it. So frustrating.

    Pretty Good
    had recently traded my Razor UB1 for this Razor E325 and it is much quieter than the Razor E300 I used to own. If you live somewhere where the is a lot of hills or inclines then that will decrease the top speed and battery life of the E325. I first took the E325 for a test drive where there were pretty decent amounts of hills/inclines and after about 2 miles the battery started getting low and when I took a look at the top speed it was 12-13 MPH so riding where there is a lot of hills/inclines really does decrease the top speed and battery life. If you live somewhere where there is practically no hills/inclines then the E325 will probably to it's top speed and battery life. I definitely recommend this Electric Scooter.

    Buyer Beware! Stopped working after 8 months
    This was a great gift for my 10 year old son, but we are very disappointed that it just quit working after 8 months. My son really enjoyed riding this in our neighborhood during the stay at home COVID phase. It seemed sturdy, could take him all over the neighborhood and was the envy of all the young kids until it just quit working one day. My son took great care of this. He ALWAYS brought it into the garage and charged it after using it. This was his favorite outdoor toy. I am now researching a more durable alternative to buy and I recommend that others do the same.

    No adjustable speed
    The spec sheet said variable speed. Not true. Its fixed. Even say in paperwork that came with unit. Its just an E300.

    Best eScooter I've had
    Because of our family currently having to Self-Quarantine, we decided to get an eScooter as a fun pastime. In the past, I had the Razor eSpark scooter, which I would not recommend for various reasons. Because of that, I was a little hesitant to buy this, but it ended up being really good! It goes very well uphill, and it goes very fast in general.

    Fun and fast ride, don't forget a helmet.
    I'm 25 and just bought this Electric Scooter because where i live i have a parking problem, and have to park on the street far away, and figured this would get me back and fourth from my parking spot quick. At first I didn't believe that the scooter will fit in my small car but it did with a trail and error, only on the floor of the back seats did it fit standing up (luckily). Other than that it's really fun to ride around, or go get some food 2 or 3 miles away without having to drive your car around. Its really fast so i would recommend a helmet. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because you can't fold the scooter in half to fit in the trunk of my small car.

    Nice scooter
    My son got this for his 15th birthday. It is a bit slow, but he doesn't mind. It goes great in the grass, we have no paved area near home to try it on. Up hill it needs a little help.
