The chromebook is AWESOME !!!!
Great value, price was right. It takes a little googling to find where things are, like right clicks, image saves and screensaver uploads. but all that info is online. Very satisfied with my purchase.

    I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
    Fantastic value, I just use it to browse the internet for shopping and such. The only issue I've had is it loses WiFi frequently , my phone does not from the same room in the house. I would have given it 5 stars if not for this issue. All in all for the price its a must have.

    great for the price, but...
    This was a gift for an elderly relative and it didn't come with any set up guide or even a quick set up guide. We did find it online and I'm 700 miles away, so we spent a significant amount of time on the phone getting started.

    Simply Amazing.
    From the easy setup to the day-long battery life, this Chromebook was just what I hoped for. All my Google files were immediately obtainable, the slick design was simplistic, and the settings are highly customizable - still being updated as we speak! I, for one, do not regret purchasing this amazing laptop.

    Chromebook might not be for everyone but I use Chrome on my Windows Laptop anyway so I thought this item would be an inexpensive way to have a larger screen for movies and a great backup laptop. I was right. This laptop is amazing. Great in every way. Came with a nice soft case. It took just a few minutes to set up and is working perfect in every way. Looks brand new in every way too so why spend the extra for "new".

    I was surprised when I opened the package. My Acer 15.6" Laptop was as good as new. Not one scratch and it came with a case. It is so easy to set up and use. Definitely recommend to buy this item.

    Outstanding reburbished Chromebook
    Very happy with this refurbished Chromebook, looks and operates like brand new, can't believe it's pre-owned, no issues whatsoever. Great price, fast delivery, very well packaged, came with a nice carrying case and a long-lasting battery, outstanding value for your hard-earned $$$s. The people who put this package together did an exceptionally good job. Got this as an internet-capable backup to my Windows laptop that is on its last legs, and so far it's performed excellent in that role. Doesn't replace my high-end laptop or desktop just yet, and can't offer any useful comments on gaming capabilities since I'm not a computer gamer, but if you're like me and do most of your "work" online or with web-based apps (including Microsoft Office), then as long as the lights stay on and the internet stays up I'm definitely going to be very happy with this puppy!

    Slim and portable
    Really good size, comes with a bag to store your laptop in, uses a small charger and I like that it's very slim and not bulky. I dont have any problems typing stuff fast.
